Took about an hour to get this complete. While my 9 year old did assemble Peely Bone by himself, I do not think he would have had the patience for this LED kit as it was difficult to remove some of the pieces as they were already assembled and he probably would have destroyed the whole lego build trying to take it apart. I was actually surprised that everything did in fact turn on without having to recheck connections. Speaking of connections, it was difficult to figure out which way they were supposed to go, but they seem to only fit with the contacts facing upwards. The connectors are all very very small so takes some nimbleness to get everything install as well as running the various wires and sticking the strips to various pieces in very cramped areas. The base lights on mine are red instead of blue, not a huge deal, but differs from what was shown. I decided to put the leg light strips on the back as I thought the black strips took away from the character's look. There are no directions included, you will need to go to a website that just has pictures to follow, though they are quite well documented, just would have to scroll back a few times to double check my work.

We are Lego nerds and love to light up our sets. We've tried numerous types and comparatively speaking, this is an OK set. They didn't come with any instructions, but a QR code to go to a website. The instructions were all pictograms, which was ok but you'll have to spend some time deciphering if you think what you're supposed to do is actually what you're supposed to do. They light up well and make an already fun build more so. The main complaint is that you'll need to affix some of the lights to the bricks, and we didn't want to do that. Some of the lights go into the Llama's pouch, we opted not to do that either, so, we just have lights on the head. But, it's still fun.

The media could not be loaded. This LED kit was a great addon for our Fortnite Lego. The kit includes carefully packaged lights and power wires, along with a guide linking to an online instruction manual. We picked this up for our 9 year old to add to the already built Lego set. He had no trouble following the instructions and getting it retrofitted to the Lego. Parts quality is really nice and everything went together correctly the first time. No loose pieces or non working lights. The kit includes an AAA battery pack or USB power dongle so you have some options to power it. Really satisfied overall and my kids love it.

Feeling silly because I didn't pay enough attention to the listing, so I'm sharing this with anyone else who is looking to pick this up expecting the full kit.. The LED kit arrived nicely packaged, with every light individually wrapped to ensure they arrive in good shape. I can't confirm how they fit on the banana figurine, but they look well made. In order to avoid more mistakes like this, I suggest that the sell make it clear in the first product thumbnail that it is LED lights only, no figurine. My mistake, hoping others will learn from it. Overall, LEDs look good. Just needs to be very clear that this is just the LEDs on that first product picture, as that is the first thing a customer will look at.
