Secured battery with rubber band to frame so that I could remove to recharge. Note: fairy light remote-control battery had to be replaced upon delivery. Gives nice soft lighting. The chandelier crystals are real glass. I found it very easy to put together and was able to hang all of the crystals while doing a load of wash (about 45 minutes). BONUS! There were a lot of extra crystals and hangers included. Used two EZ Anchor Toggle Lock 100 Pounds 2-1/2" Self-Drill to hang from drywall ceiling - easy and holds weight no problem. ... show more

I had the light up less than a week and there is one light that doesn't work. It forcefully shot a bulb and it shattered. As a precaution, I had 60W lights in and changed to 40W, but the light seems to still put off too much heat. By mid-day it is sweltering in the room I have it in. It's a beautiful light but the electrical components side is not sufficient. ****July 2023-Updated review: The seller sent me a replacement chandelier and also refunded my money. Placed in the foyer.... it is beautiful. There was some cracked pieces, but replacements were included. Hung it first and added crystals 10 at a time. Took about 3 hrs total to assemble and hang each crystal. Use gloves to prevent fingerprints and smudges. Great for the price.

Obsessed with these light fixtures for our newly renovated basement. They’re absolutely stunning and look so much more expensive than they are! 10/10 - highly recommend. It did take some work to put them together but luckily my husband is handy and had no issues doing it.
