We love this food processor. It's powerful and easy to use. I researched several food processors before settling on this manufacturer and model. The Breville is a little more expensive than similar food processors but seems to process vegetables much better with regards to consistency and low waste. We appreciate how all attachments store in the bowl caddy and the whole thing fits neatly under our kitchen cabinet. We also appreciate the design of the wall plug which makes it easy to unplug from the wall outlet and enjoy the brushed steel finish and easy to clean attachments. Unlike most other food processors this machine has an easy to use, adjustable slicing attachment which can slice from paper thin or as thick as you want and anything in-between. My only caveat is I wish it had more versatility with regards to the size it can dice vegetables, still, 1/2 inch cubes seems to be appropriate for nearly all uses. The larger model does have variable dicing sizes in addition to all the attachments provided with this model but seemed more than we needed. The 9 cup bowl size has been more than sufficient for our household of two and should be just as sufficient households of 4 or 5 without dumping the bowl which only takes a few seconds anyway if you need more. Breville is a quality brand and we expect to get many years of service from this excellent food processor.

I absolutely love this food processor! The Olive color is gorgeous, and it looks great on my counter. It works superbly and handles everything I’ve thrown at it. The number of accessories is impressive, and the storage system keeps everything organized and easy to reach. It’s also super easy to clean, which is a huge bonus. It is a little pricey, but the quality and performance make it totally worth it.

For foodies and home chefs! This product is amazing, I’m a big fan of Breville products and this one didn’t disappoint. Excellent quality of build strong engine and extremely sharp blades. So far, I only used it to chop salads and it does amazing job. Very curious to try tubing option as well as dough needing. It comes with very handy caddy to keep all your accessories in one place and it goes directly to the mixing bowl. It’s not cheap, but you pay for what you get! I used cheaper food processor before and a difference in making fresh raw salads is great. Cuts are so fine that your salad will stay fresh and crunchy way longer!

Seems very well built. Shredded 5lb of cheese in seconds because I had it cut into smaller blocks ready to go. It was a little messy to clean up because I do not have a dishwasher and have to hand wash the chute, the device to push food through the chute and the blade which sits close to the lid. Basically there are a lot of spaces for the cheese to get stuck so I soaked everything for a while before hand washing. However, the quality of the machine, relatively low volume of sound, powerful motor that works very quickly and well, and the great attachment storage caddy make up for that and many people have dishwashers. I had to watch the manufacturer video a few times to see how to put the dicing kit back into the machine but the dicing kit was one of main features I wanted so the learning curve is worth it as well. I didn't realize, and really like, that you can adjust the depth of the slices. That is a great feature and a very nice surprise. Its pricier than some other machines but well worth it.

This is a great processor. I've bought cheaper ones over the years and basically used them once and eventually donated to GW. They all crushed, not chopped my food. They mangled pretty much everything. I gave up on food processors in general, went back to hand chopping, cutting. I saw a commercial for the Breville 16 cup and was intrigued. It's just the 2 of us, so 16 was way too much. Especially at $700. I found this one during Prime Days, sorta discounted, still expensive but nice size. I must say, it does do a fantastic job! I've used it almost everyday since I received it. Is it perfect, absolutely not. Veggies still are not magazine photo quality, but for actual cooking, they are good enough for me. I've used almost every attachment and they all work fine. I do love that everything is all together, no searching drawers trying to remember where you stored the chopping blades safely so no one would get cut. The unit fits in my cupboard with no issues. It's easy enough to clean, like any other processor. It's still quite expensive, no getting around that. It does a better job than I expected. Is it worth it? For me, I would say yes. It's an attractive unit, compact, all inclusive and powerful. Are there likely less expensive models that are compatible, probably. For me, this works and so far, I have no regrets.

Microplastics in food. I've used my machine 3 times now. After my second use, I noticed horrible deep scratches. After my third use, more showed up on the opposite side. I've only ever used the grating blade to rice cauliflower. For a $300 machine, this happening is absolutely unacceptable. I do NOT recommend! Quality, design, durability poor!
