Well, it’s not a real espresso machine, based on the quality & amount of coffee made by my Breville Barista pro that is at the same price. But it definitely an upgrade to other Nespresso original or Keurig. What I really like is the auto foamer that does a decent job. Customized menu and LED screen is nice to have but not necessary. It fills the purpose as a fast coffee maker w/ ok coffee quality, I can give it that.

I highly recommend this machine if you like a good espresso and dont have time for the super fancy stuff. Its fast and efficient and makes a great espresso/ and or lattes. I love the look and style of it-super modern and goes with my kitchen...not to mention its super user friendly. The touch screen is a game changer and the automatic milk frother saves time( you dont have to froth it yourself like some of the others ). Lastly- it self cleans pretty well.....for the price well worth it. 5 STARS!!

This is the second Breville machine I purchased in a month. The first time the machine broke with in three weeks. The machine powers off during the foam/froth cycle. Then shuts down and does not turn back on. We returned the first machine thinking it was just a defected item. The new machine has started to do the same thing, this time with in 5 days; Power off in the middle of the steam cycle and not turning back on. I have called Breville to try to talk to customer service, was sent to a call back que but never called back. When I tried to call to wait on hold, a recording told me to wait for a return phone call and was disconnected. The machine would be great if it worked as it should. Easy to use and makes great coffees. Now we are stuck with dozens of Nespresso pods and not machine to use them it. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE. Breaks within a few days/weeks, customer service stinks. Buyer Beware

OMG, I am in love with this machine. I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks but so far I am really happy with the decision to splurge. My old machine (a CitiZ) died after eight years of hard use, and I had been eying this one for a while, but intimidated by the high price. It would have cost me $300 just to buy the same machine again, so I decided to just go for it. I’ve made espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, and americanos, and they’ve all been delicious. My coffee skeptical spouse is enjoying it also. I like the fact that the coffee and the frothing occur as part of a single step (not at the same time, but you only have to press the button once), so I’m glad that I decided to just go for the Pro. I have several Breville appliances and I’m happy with all of them. I have seen complaints about the reliability of Breville products but I’ve had no issues with any of mine. I hope this machine continues the trend.

If your deciding on a Nespresso machine, this is it! Easy to use and so many options of espresso flavors. I love the presets and just how overly easy, no fuss it is. I prefer the digital screen over the knob on the Plus.

We are so impressed by the versatility of this machine. You can make any hot coffee you desire, and can control settings down to temperature and amount of milk froth when steaming milk. I can't believe how quickly the machine heats water and now prefer coffee at home on the weekends to going out to buy a cup.

Originally I wanted a traditional espresso machine, ended up getting this because I'm not that passionate about coffee to the point where I want to grind my beans and pack my portafilter every single time I want a cup, especially not when Im serving to others. Speaking aside from the ethical values of Nestle this thing is flippin awesome. Having a great tasting cup of coffee every single morning is like no other. It's pricey for most people who are used to traditional filter coffee but in the grand scheme of things I personally see its worth. The great thing also is that Nespresso has very little protections around these traditional coffee cups which has allowed many companies to make their own which are more in line with what I like in terms of taste and morality. Awesome little machine, definitely recommend you get, definitely recommend you get some syrups, non nespresso cups, etc.

The unit arrived in its original box with no outer box to protect it. The package was torn and ripped but the unit appeared intact. Upon startup, the unit seemed to work ok for two cups of coffee. Then, without warning, it stopped working. Dead on arrival, more or less. The refund was processed promptly, but I would not want to receive such an expensive item with such poor packaging. I'm almost glad it failed. There is no telling what else might be wrong with it.
