The dehydrator will complete the bottom shelf first so it doesn’t get done at the same time. There is no temperature setting. The auto shutoff is inconvenient if you want to dehydrate something longer than 10 hours. The trays come off very easy so if you have pets try another dehydrator. It sounds like a small fan. I’m unsure of what temperature it dehydrates at because I can’t find that information anywhere. ... show more
