This comes in 2 big and bigger boxes. I assembled by myself, which wasn’t difficult took about 2ish hours in all. I love the look of it! It’s looks really nice and is solid. The fireplace works great and the heating is good too I love how I can use the remote for it!

This fireplace was bought to fit a certain area, and it looks great. All the elements work perfectly, and it puts out a good amount of heat. It took my husband and I a morning to put it together. There are lots of pieces, but the instructions are clear and take you through the whole process step by step. The electric panel works, and it is nice having the USB ports. The remote control works perfectly. The only reason I took a star off was because one of the long boards was cracked when it was packed, and broke when we tried to move it. It could have broken in transit, but it looked like it had been packed that way. The instructions said they would replace any part that arrived broken, but my husband was able to stabilize the piece, and it is in an area that does not show on the outside. It weighs quite a lot, of course, and comes in two boxes. But the two of us were able to get it up the deck stairs and into the house. One person would have had a harder time, but not impossible. ... show more

Color changing for both the fireplace and the cabinets. They have different controls for the fireplace and the cabinets. The instructions were perfect. Very detailed. Construction seems fair. My concern is the top white box portion that sticks out in front as part of the enclosed heater box. Afraid someone will lean on it when close to the cabinet and it’s not secured extremely well for human lean/weight bearing. Delivery was quick and boxes were extremely well protected ... show more

If I could give it zero stars I would. The cam locks they sent didn’t work at all, none of the 66 cam locks would work. I had to purchase 66 of these pieces at the hardware store for 95 cents a piece just so I could put it together bc honestly, how the hell was I going to send this cabinet and fireplace back?? Pretty ridiculous that I had to do that to get it together, and it’s not even that sturdy. Horrible quality and horrible instructions. ... show more
