Bought this for basic home stretches. I live in a small apartment and the set up feels very space-efficient. The installation was relatively simple and it all feels sturdy enough on the door. I also like that it came with different bands for different resistance levels. If I had to nitpick, my only complaint is that when not in use, the bands flop around a bit as you open and close the door. (Though if it bothers you too much, you can always place and remove the bands before and after each use).

This is a really interesting system. It was simple to install and fit on my door perfectly. And it is very bit as versatile as it looks on the product page. There are a couple of different ways to secure the bands to the connection points along the height of the door strap. But you can hit pretty much everything. Need more weight? Add a strap. It's really simple. Now, I am a big dude with a pretty good strength base, and I am looking to do reps to slim down, which this system is perfect for. So, no matter your size, if that describes what you are looking for, high reps and lots of ways to move, this is a really great answer.

I bought these to continue rehabilitation on bilateral shoulder injuries with surgical repair post 1 year. These are just what I needed and the set is portable, terrific for when I visit my kids and grandchildren. The door anchor works very well. has very minor slippage, I might tighten it up after a few workouts, to me, that is nothing and expected for a nylon webbing system. The loops and hooks are sewn with heavy reinforced stitching, which is nice. The handles and ankle pieces are comfortable and well made. I intend to use this system in my basement and install some permanent wall anchors. Overall, great product and I highly recommend.

Brebebe has upgraded their strapping system and has an upgraded ratchet tightener. Works great and I doubt it would slip during any exercise routine. Great customer service, willing to listen to the customer and provide immediate resolution to any problems. Original problem: The straps gives you many more options when exercising. But the strap will quickly loosen up. As you use the lower ring positions, it gets worst. The toothed clamp does a terrible job of keeping the strap in position. Had to modify it to make it work.

I bought this to start creating an at home gym. This fits perfectly on my door and doesn't cause any trouble with opening and closing the door. You put it on kind of like a giant belt, it's so easy to install! It's very durable and doesn't pull out too far when working out.

Unless you have someone screw this into the wall or door it will bow out from the middle even after installed properly during use. I didn't like that and I returned it.
