It's good, easy to put up on your door and is very strong! You can use your ropes or tubes without worry that they'll come undone or break! Te had great strength and endurance, no noise, very good resistance training!

I wanted to add this to my walking routine. It was super easy to set up and start using right away. It has a few exercises but check out YouTube for more. Not going to lie, I was sore for a couple of days, but doing better now and can do more reps.

I bought these to continue rehabilitation on bilateral shoulder injuries with surgical repair post 1 year. These are just what I needed and the set is portable, terrific for when I visit my kids and grandchildren. The door anchor works very well. has very minor slippage, I might tighten it up after a few workouts, to me, that is nothing and expected for a nylon webbing system. The loops and hooks are sewn with heavy reinforced stitching, which is nice. The handles and ankle pieces are comfortable and well made.     • Not good for a small space. Does not tighten all of the way. Seller refunded.

Updated: Seller wrote to me and offered me a full refund or a free upgrade to the version of this with the ratchet. I thought that was good. This version without the ratchet is too loose to use in a small space-- I had it on my basement door in a hallway which would have had enough room had it been tight, but not enough with the give it had due to a staircase. The concept of this is great, but it's not possible to tighten it all the way. If you are planning on using it in a smaller space like this, consider the ratchet one, though I can't speak to its effectiveness because I did not get that one. ... show more
