Best Buy for my sourdough bread making this winter. Haven’t been able to bake this well since being in Hawaii. Usually takes 6 to 8 hours for dough to rise but I spray the tops with water & put the dough in the Dough box & they’re ready in 4 hours! Ample room for many loaves & my starter. It folds compact when not in use & stores out of sight. I’ve been baking bread 🥖 for 55 years & this is he best aid I’ve come across yet. Wish it would have been available sooner. Light, & packs easily for traveling. I’m happy with the fabric; waterproof interior wipes clean. The thermometer feature is awesome. This efficiently keeps dough at the temperature needed even in very cold rooms. I give it 15 stars out of 10!

The first time I used this it did a beautiful job of creating a warm environoment for my bread to have its first rise. It took a while to heat up but when it got temp it was fine. BUT the second time I went to use it a week later I could not ever get it to reach my desired temperature - which was in the high 70's. I kept it plugged in and warming for well over an hour, more like two hours, and it never got warm enough. Very disappointing. I sent it back.
