This took, while very simple, is soooo useful in my sourdough scoring journey. I like that the blade is retractable, for safety reasons and kids. It also comes with replacement razor blades for when (I’m assuming) they get dull from using!

It's sharp, blades are easy to replace and it looks great on the side of the fridge. One less thing to get lost in the junk drawer. We bake a lot of bread and this is much better than using a kitchen knife. Great value with the extra blades. Texture is nice and easy to grip with oily hands. Good stocking stuffers for those family members that like to bake.
