Initially I was extremely hesitant to order this because I spent about an hour reading through the reviews talking about “too small” or “too large” blah blah blah.. I’m 6 foot 243 pounds with a stocky muscular build, wide shoulders. Picture a linebacker. I usually wear an XL/XXL depending on the cut of the particular shirt or jacket. I have a 48.5 inch chest and 40 inch waist. This XXL parka fits me perfectly. Not too slim and not overly baggy. I do think that an XL for me would still fit, but not with a sweater or hoodie on. I have plenty of room to put a hoodie on underneath and it still fits good with room to move. Don’t listen to these people. They must have some sort of weird body shapes or something, I don’t know. Just buy it in your size or maybe one size up if you’re going to add multiple layers for the cold. ... show more

Jacket fits good but I wasn’t a fan of the liner. Jacket is not waterproof by any means and will get wet and soak up the rain. Good size hood and pockets but the jacket will not really keep you warm in any way. Does not block wind or rain. Love this jacket, I bought two! I’ve got one for work and the other for home. Some of the stitches are a little frayed, but otherwise looks great. I would also suggest ordering one size up.

Nice warm coat for work, I got a size larger than usual so that it would hang a little lower which is perfect as it did just that. The lined pockets are amazing for when it's cold out you can stick your hands in your pockets and be cocooned in a glorious warmth of fleece lined pocket.
