I got a fractured compression vertebra, and could only lie in bed. The doctor said I need a brace before I can get up and move around or a risk further damage. They could not get me one immediately so I checked the internet and found this TSLO brace. The doctor said yes this is the kind of brace I need. I ordered it and got it in two days. I’m very impressed with the product quality, strength and adjust ability, through the use of Velcro. After I put it on I feel safe I can move about (cautiously). The one problem with the product is that because of all the Velcro and straps, it can get a bit tangled up and then hard to sort out and put back on. So putting it on sometimes takes a minute or two. But I look forward to the point when I do not need the entire back brace and can just use the waist brace . That will be very easy to put on ... show more

Nothing on how to fit it on my body. It was a "just figure it out yourself" > I still have it and wear it occasionally but feel no benefit from the device.

The pulley system on the back really lets you get a perfect snugness level. The velcro makes it easy to adjust quickly without having to remove the vest itself. I've had bad posture since I've had a spine and haven't paid for it till now because my back constantly hurts and is now giving out. Could also be my spinal injury; who knows... I recently fell and fractured two vertebrae, hairline fracture of the L1 and burst fracture of the T12. I also had pulled muscles and tendons, which made it hard to maintain the upright posture required for proper healing. When this brace arrived it looked like it would be too big and cumbersome to be practical and comfortable. But my husband helped me get it on and properly adjusted. Immediately the muscle pain was relieved and I could stand upright. I wear it about 10 hours each day without rubbing or soreness. I am 5'4" and about 145. I bought the medium and use it without the removable front piece. It still wraps around my waist and fits my short torso better this way. ... show more
