This could be a really good brace. It fits nice, but the stabilizing part that is on the center of the outside does not work the screws don’t line up the pieces fall out it needs to go back to the engineering desk and fixed. I returned mine and bought a different one.

This is uncomfortable at first, but as time went on, it worked. I don't need it 24/7. I do need it more in the winter it seems. Would not have a problem getting one for the other knee.

Looks better than it is put it on tried wearing it all day slides down even when put on properly follow the video instructions which was very helpful but still the velcro does not stay up it comes apart easily took it off after wearing it for 3 Days haven't worn it since I'll hang on to it I'm not going to return it just for another backup but the Ace braces for 14 bucks I probably just as much support as that one has.

I have osteoarthritis and kept going to Summit Ortho for bracing. They kept giving me crappy braces and then dropping off the face of the earth after charging me a lot of money. I have a child with CP so I am no slouch in the brace department and I decided to try my hand at finding a brace. Pros: This brace is affordable. It also doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how to wear it. The videos are very self-explanatory and helpful at showing what to do. The brace itself is comfortable and comes with all the tools needed for home adjustment. They also offer to do virtual fitting if you need help. Cons: If you have not braced yourself before or aren't familiar with the exact right way to do things, you may end up hurting yourself or making the problem worse. I always recommend having someone double-check your work whether you do a virtual visit with the company or go to your doctor. Overall, I am really pleased with the product and happy with the results I am getting.

I have fairly severe arthritic pain in my right knee and was slated for total knee replacement on March 24, 2020. I was days away from admission to the hospital when the pandemic hit and all bets were off. Over the following months the pain in my knee as I walked persisted, and by winter the cold weather made it so much worse that I couldn't go up or down a single stair. I kept moving nevertheless but was now trapped indoors. In May 2021 I bought this brace, and it has been a true lifesaver. Over several weeks it seemed to shift the pressure on my knee and also helped to stabilize the leg. The improvement has been amazing, as I can now walk as much as a mile or so without pain (although I do use a cane for balance and support). The brace has not only restored my mobility but also extended my life, as remaining mobile has enabled me not only to lose weight but also once again to do some of my own grocery shopping as well as other chores. During the pandemic I spent a lot of money on useless purchases just for "entertainment," but the money I spent on this brace has repaid itself a thousandfold.

This is my second KOAlign. The first one served me well for almost 2 1/2 years with daily use. The new brace has a few modifications which I hope will even give it a longer life. Works very well for me!

The clips are attached by Velcro which has adhesive. The adhesive stop sticking after a week. I've had to re-glue the clips multiple different times. I would like to say this is a one time instance but this is my second one of these braces as the first one snapped almost Entirely in half within the first 30 days. It's doing what it needs to do but overall I wish I had gone with a Different brand.
