    • Very nice. Real bone.
I was really surprised by the quality of the nut and bridge saddle for the price. Shipping was pretty quick considering it was coming from China. I had never worked with bone before. And the bridge saddle and nut do require a little fine tuning and sanding to fit your particular guitar. But it sounds great on my classical guitar. Sound is more even and has more sustain. I noticed the strings move through the nut a lot better than the plastic one I replaced. The only downside to working with bone is that it takes a while to remove the material to make it fit with hand tools. But that is just the nature of bone. It's more dense than plastic. It takes a bit longer to shape. But it's totally worth it. ... show more

This is a great very rigid material and design able to hold tension and allow the strings to have best tension but also vibration/ tone. Better than I expected so this will be used on my next "conditioning" upgrade on guitar
