The only problem is it bother the back of my leg after wearing it for a while. If I could rate 4.5 ,I would. Helps knee pain 80% plus. No brace is totally comfortable. The fit is very good, it doesn't slide down when walking. The only problem I may have is my leg swelling at times. But that's me, not the brace. Can't beat it for the money, I have had very pricey braces. I have pain from a old injury

Ordered a pair, only received one. They shipped one which took 5 days to get here. I've still yet to receive the second one as of the writing of this review. The one received fits well and provides support as well as comfort, but because of the terrible customer service and delivery I can only rate this as an average supplier. I'd go elsewhere if I knew then what I know now.

Item is as described by the listing and is a very nice knee support. I've tried a lot of supports for my knees and this one works much better than most. It is easy to put on, but it's tight enough that it stays in place really well. It has rubber grip around the top part of the thigh - which is comfortable and helps it stay in place. I was actually quite surprised that after wearing this about 3 hours, I hadn't need to adjust it at all. I also love the gel ring the kneecap - that is very nice. The only negative thing I felt was that after a few hours of wearing it directly on the skin, my skin did get slightly irritated. (Nothing too bad and it stopped as soon as I took the brace off). It was my first time wearing it, so I probably will just try to gradually increase the time I wear it and I might get more used to it. Although sometimes I only need to put it on and wear it for a certain activity and then after and hour or two I take it off....in that case it would have been perfectly fine and I really do like it a lot! It will definitely be one of the two main braces I wear.
