Piece of junk. Had less than a year, rarely used it, and today it made a bunch of clicking noises then crapped out. No sound at all. Not even static on the radio. Was going to try to contact them, but after reading a recent review where he said he could not reach them, I don’t want to put myself through the aggravation. Don’t buy it.     • Good electronics, speakers not so much
Speakers fairly good mid to high range but tend to distort with solid bass. System produced very good sound with quality substitute speakers. (Had to come up with wiring using RCA connectors for the back of the unit). Somewhat disappointed with apparent limitation on SD Card and USB memory stick capacities -- seems to be 6GB on the SD Card and the USB input looks to be limited by a combination of number of tracks and size of the tracks. Took some experimentation to find a selection to fit on a 16 GB stick where all tracks would play. Overall a good solution to having a versatile audio system without having to pay the price of multiple components. Given as a gift to a friend who very much appreciated being able to play records from her vinyl collection again... as well as CDs. ... show more

    • SOUND QUALITY VERY GOOD - AND LOUD!
Bought this for my older sister who loves her 45's. Plugged it in, put on a record, and was very impressed by the sound. All the other features worked well too. One issue... the records would stop playing while still having another 30 seconds - to a minute to finish. Found there is a small switch next to the arm assembly that you can "turn off". Its an auto stop feature. We slid the switch to "off" and now the records play all the way through. Great system. ... show more

Bought this for my father so he could listen to his old records and tapes without an expensive vintage stereo system. It was super easy to set up, and it plays everything perfectly. The sound is good for what you pay for—it won’t blow away any audiophiles, but it will be fine for most normal people. The fake ‘vintage’ styling is a nice touch. It’s just some gold-colored plastic and vinyl sticker wood paneling, but adds to the caché. ... show more

I loved, loved, loved the stereo when I first got it. It is easy to use, has some amazing features, and doesn’t take up a lot of room. It worked perfectly for about six months. Then I turned it on and nothing. No blown fuse. No sound inside when I turn it on, because it doesn’t turn on anymore. Nothing. For the price I guess the value is pretty good. For the six months it worked I was very happy with the stereo and would have given it five stars at that point. Overall though, I’m disappointed. ... show more
