It arrived in a box that was pretty heavy, I had it placed on the floor next to my bed. I am a 75 year old widow so I put it together all by myself. It was not difficult to assemble. These box springs are sturdy, well made and easy to put together. They don't squeak with movement like our old ones and that is a blessing for us. The cover is a little on the thin side, but sufficient for the job required. Can't beat this product for the price. Would recommend.

Assembly was pretty straightforward. The instructions are drawings, but are pretty easy to interpret. I would ditch the included 4mm allen wrench if you have a drill driver or impact wrench set on its lowest setting and maybe a T handle wrench. A 5/32 allen wrench will work as well. All the parts were included and well packaged. All the holes were precisely located and the screws were easy to install.
