Features

  • N-TYPE Technology Solar Cell, 25% Highest Conversion Rate. BougeRV N-TYPE 200-watt solar panels are made of N-TYPE solar cells. Compared to P-TYPE solar cells, N-TYPE solar cells add an advanced Industrial Tunnel Oxide Passivated to the back of ordinary solar cells, this advanced technology allows the majority carrier to pass and restrains the minority carrier, so absorbs more light, making it low resistance loss and high voltage.
  • Smallest Size, MAX POWER. 16BB cell design further improves the current collection capability. Makes the solar panel have a longer service life. Increase the cell receiving surface, thinner ribbon reduces the covered area by 22%.
  • Bifacial Design Increases the solar output by 30%. Instead of having an opaque back, BougeRV bifacial solar panels feature a transparent backside, allowing it to absorb solar energy from both sides, such as direct sunlight, refracted sunlight, and diffuse sunlight. N-type solar cells have an 80% bifacial gain while P-TYPE have only a 70% bifacial gain.
  • One Panel Compatible With 12V/24V Battery. The open circuit voltage of N-TYPE 200W solar panels is 36.4V. No need to connect in series or parallel, one panel can charge a 24V battery, avoiding current losses caused by series and parallel connections
  • Parallel Design Producing More Energy When Shaded. BougeRV 200-watt solar panel performs better in the shaded, when half a section is shaded, another section will continue to produce power.
  • More 5-Year Power Lifespan. According to laboratory test data, N-TYPE solar panels can have a service life of 30 years, while P-TYPE solar panels only have a service life of 25 years. Therefore, from a long-term investment perspective, investing in N-TYPE solar panels will yield better returns.
  • Compatibility and Wide Usage. Compatible with on-grid and off-grid inverters, the BougeRV N-TYPE 200W solar panel is suitable for powering the house or for outdoor use. Corrosion-resistant aluminum material can withstand the changing outdoor environment and prolong its service life. It is easy to use and mount (pre-drilled holes on the back of the panel), and sophisticated to use with your RVs, boats, and other outdoor equipment. Besides, it is suitable for charging golf cart lithium batteries.
  • 1-on-1 Solar Solution by BougeRV Tech Support. BougeRV promises a 10-year product tech support and alltime warm-hearted service for you. Please reach out to us whenever you have any problems with the BougeRV solar panel. We will provide you with a professional guide to building a solar system.
  • Warm Tips: The rated power is tested under ideal laboratory conditions. In real use, actual power output will naturally vary depending on factors such as sunlight intensity, the angle of the panel, and ambient temperature

  • Perfect size for sprinter roof rack, exception customer service, buy direct from manufactures store
Size: 24V 200W
BougeRV 24V N-Type 16BB 200W Bifacial Solar Panel This review is for (3) BougeRv 24V N-Type 16BB 200W Bifacial Solar Panels I purchased from the Amazon BougeRv store to mount on the roof of my Sprinter. I don't normally do reviews unless I have a good reason. With the excellent customer service I received from Samyi at BougeRv I feel a review is warranted. A quick overview of my experience - Purchased April 2, 2025 and installed on my Sprinter 170 extended roof rack. Panels were chosen between several possible option, but number one priority was the physical dimensions. I also wanted latest technology with 16 busbars. The dimensions of the BougeRv fit perfectly. Two on front and one behind the roof AC. All crossmembers spacing was perfect. Under the front and rear panels I have roof low profile power vents. - Panels are connected in series to a Victron SmartSolar Charger MPPT 150/35 . The Victron system uses the Cerbo GX MK2for communication and display. - Maximum output has been 470 watts, and very consistent in clear full sun skies , 78% of rated power and I believe that's pretty good for a horizontal installation with no added increase for being bifacial. Oct 2025 Things have been working great and I was accessing the roof when I was installing camera and porch lights on the roof rack. Inspecting the panels at that time and found condensation on the inside of the panels. I immediately contacted BRV customer service and supplied photos. They replied within 24 hours and confirmed the damage and advised not to use and with purchase invoice should be warranty coverage This is where it got messy. I supplied BougeRv customer service with my invoice and was informed that I should contact Amazon since Amazon was the shipper and "other" was the seller. Panels only purchased from their store would be cover under manufactures warranty. I was shocked and could not understand how this could of happened, I was in the BRV store when I added to cart. I don't know if anyone has tried to speak to anyone at Amazon, but I began the quest to understand how when ordered from BRV and the seller was "other" With amazing luck, I found a way to have an Amazon customer service to speak directly with me. I was told that the seller was Amazon and was given another number at BRV to contact and was assured it would be handled. Contacting the number, a US based customer service answered right away. Customer service agent created a case and the next day I was told to contact Amazon. Now I am getting pretty frustrated with the classic circle of pass the buck. I was discouraged and kept questioning the reason all 3 panels developed leaks. I called the customer service agent back and described what happened with the shifting responsibility. She elevated the case with BougeRv customer service. I was contacted by Samyi the next day and she informed me that the 3 damaged panels would be replaced. There must have been undetectable shipping damage. I was assured that all panels are grade A panels and these must have been damaged in the logistics chain. If this would have been so much easier if the panels had been sold by the manufactures store rather than seller Amazon I give a thumbs up to Samyi and BougeRv for standing behind their product. ... show more

  • Service is very bad, but the panels work well
Size: 24V 200W
I have gotten these panels all the way to about 170 W Overall, they are good panels however the service is horrendous. I’ve also gotten some cables. I purchased from BougeRV had a nightmare with those cables, shipping incorrectly with the positive and negative connector swapped. I thought it might be a one off in terms of poor customer service, but I just called again today to check on some other panels I ordered and got the runaround I wish they stood more behind their products and they were a lot more customer service oriented, but it is what it is ... show more

  • very well packed
Size: 24V 200W
First thing I noticed about this panel is how well the company packed it. I had to return a different set of panels last year because of the horrible packing had allowed considerable damage in transit, so having a company pay this much attention to proper packaging speaks very well of them. I ordered this panel on a lightning deal, one of those "buy right now to get this price" things, but it backfired. I did not have time to verify measurements before purchase and I ended up having to return because there was no place on my camper to install. That's not the company's fault though. They make a great panel. I was unable to do proper testing because of the return, but in the brief time I had the panel out of the box, it returned impressive numbers, and that was lying flat, directly on black. If I had been able to properly install it, suspended slightly above the white camper roof, I am sure it I would have liked those numbers even more. The narrow spaces in between the photo cells were actually transparent and would allow light to hit the white roof and bounce back onto the second, power gathering under side. ... show more

  • No current but has voltage No current but has voltage
Size: 24V 200W
I bought 4 of these panels and all 4 are getting great voltage but all 4 are not getting any amps. I contacted customer service and they said a technician will contact me the next day but I’m still waiting on them to contact me. Spend $800 plus on panels I can’t use because of no amperage/current flowing through so it not charging my batteries with my victron mppt 150/70 charger/inverter or my eg4 all in one hybrid with is why i bought these panels. Neither controller will pull any amperage period. What are the odds of buying 4 bad solar panels at the same time. I’m really disappointed plus out of $800 plus dollars and I don’t have the solar panels packaging to send them back because all my equipment I bought at the same time came in large boxes which I had no room to store all these large empty boxes with all this foam inserts to keep products from damage during shipping. I did use a very bright flashlight to look over all panels for any damages or broke leads but none to be found so I Google what could be the problem with having voltage and no amperage. The answer was many different ways a panel will not give you amperage so i checked them all, so they all pasted but amperage test. This means inside the panel mc4 connection houses must be bad bypass resistors, probably installed in reverse polarity, which is the only reason to have no current. I hope customer service take care of this problem because this is not acceptable in any way. They should check every panel because leaving factory to make sure there is voltage plus amperage coming out of panels!!!!! These panel are going to be used only during power outages because I live in Asheville North Carolina and last year we had a very bad flood that left me without power for more that 3 weeks and you don’t know how bad it was to have no power to do anything for three weeks but sit in the dark and try to find something to eat that doesn’t need electricity to prepare. ... show more
