The cover seems put together well and has pockets for the cooler's charger and cables. There are metal loops that allow you to strap it to something, perhaps to keep the unit from sliding around, or to strap things to it. These traits are handy and useful but are not the focus of this review. I really wanted to know the insulation value of this cover. I used the cooler's AC adapter with a Kill-A-Watt to record kWh usage over time to perform an experiment. I ran this cooler with a set-temperature of 25°F in a house warmed to a constant 72°F for the duration of the experiment. The cooler was at least a foot away from nearby objects, out of direct sunlight, and always kept closed. For each test, I ran the cooler until at least a full kWh had been consumed. The cooler took 68h 10m to consume 1.00kWh with the cover, and 70h 26m to consume 1.17 kWh without. This averages to 14.67 Wh covered, and 16.61 Wh uncovered. When maintaining a refrigerator temperature, the cooler consumed 88.3% of the energy when covered vs uncovered, or in other words, an 11.7% energy savings.     • Great protection from heat and dust for your Bouge RV fridge freezer

The media could not be loaded. This is a great product to protect your fridge freezer and to reduce heat build up with the padded insulated cover. The silver material on the inside helps to reflect heat and the nylon outer material is very sturdy and can be wiped down if it gets dirty. The cover has two strong straps, one at either end to carry the fridge, but also has a cut out either end to allow use of the fridges handles if needed. There is also a cut out to allow the power lead to be plugged in. The sides have zip fasteners to allow the fridge to be inserted or removed and the lid has velcro to keep secure when closed. The fridge touch panel can be seen and operated through a clear plastic window in the cover. I thoroughly recommend this product for your Bouge RV fridge freezer protection ... show more
