Basically brand new in terms of condition- couldn't tell they were used. These are super bass heavy, and for playing certain types of music, you'd be hard pressed to find a better speaker. For playing more nuanced music, they may not be among the higher end Bose or XM5s, but by tuning them in the app, you can get close. I love the portability and nice carrying case. They last for days and pair easily. The bass is fantastic in ULT 2 mode, but not obnoxious like on Crushers. They are comfortable, cover my ear well and don't squeeze too tight. For me, they do get quite hot a free a few minutes. The touch controls work very well. The ambient mode sounds great, while the noise cancellation works well, but noise still creeps in. I had Beats Solo 3 before these, which I gave to my daughter. The beats sound really good, but they are super tight, don't get as loud and not as much bass, and basically no eq options on the app. Considering I paid less for the Ult cans, it's a no brainer. I have used several earplugs and they are not very comfortable on my small ears. I decided to give an over the ear headphones a try. I went to a big box store to try on several headphones to see what feels good on my ear. I do wear a hearing aid on one ear and I need ed something that would fit over it. The headphone came charged at 60% and was easy to connect to my phone via Bluetooth. The fit is comfortable and does not hurt after two hours of use. I am prone to migraines and the weight did not bother me. The sound is clear. I made a couple of phone calls and everyone said the quality was clear and they did not hear a lot of background noise. I charged the headphones for the first time, after using it for a couple of days. The battery charged quickly. Very happy with them. Sounds great! It also came with a 4 month music subscription. They are comfortable and sound amazing. They also fit nicely and the functionality works perfectly.

These produce a beautiful sound with a strong full bass. Fit nicely over my ears. I found the website you get when scanning the qr code to be extremely difficult to use. It took me a long time to find "How To Operate" information, and I got it via You Tube, not from the Sony site. The buttons are not easy to find, and using your fingers to swipe volume and on/off functions is not easy to figure out. Once I got everything figured out I really like the earphones. ... show more

Fragile garbage. Believe the reviews that they break easily. I took extra caution because of the bad reviews, they only lasted 4 months. Broke from setting them down softly. Didn't even drop them once. I only use them while sitting in my chair. Pure trash.
