Worked well. Able to see one another on the water in dusk and dark. Bit small, and not quite as bright on the red light as expected.

My husband and son put these on their fishing kayaks so that they could fish at night and hopefully be seen by boaters.

Also got two bonus emergency whistles. Lights come with batteries already installed, PLUS extra batteries for each. Excellent deal. Just not positive on the waterproofing, as have not tried them out on the kayaks yet.

The media could not be loaded. I got 2 sets of these as they are the only ones I could find that weren't little flashlights, $$$ or required drilling. I kayak sometimes in high traffic areas and visibility is essential. These have 3 modes- on, strobe and slow blink. They come with 2 extra bettering f
or each light which is nice. However, the red one is a little touchy in the on off strobe. Green is doing great. For some reason the white 'strap' broke after only 2 short trips. (See pictures. ) I didn't take them on and off. They attach by a little clip to the molded rubber housing wrap around. Nice but weak. I'd like a velcro strap better. That would give more sizing options and not a weak point. I paddled out at sunset and dark for wife to observe from shore. Sunset it was cisible but not obvious at 100 yds. At night 200 yds. Nice economic little.lights but I would not rely as my sole lights. I keep a strobe and flag at all times.

We put these in our pontoon as navigational lights. The work great. Thumbs up! A very convenient way to be safe if you are boating at night. Very pleased.
