Sleek fireplace.
Size: 72inch
Great looking fireplace, easy to operate with the remote control provided. Heater works well and provides comfortable atmosphere. Flame effect looks very nice and is adjustable to different colors. Great value for the money and it was an easy install for me.

Inexpensive, works great
Size: 72inch
It works great, it fit perfect! The heat works well too. The only thing we noticed was our electricity bill got a slight bit higher just having it on but if you don’t mind that, by all means go for it! inexpensive and easy to use!

Updated Review: Happy Customer
Size: 72inch
Updated Review: very satisfied. The seller was quick to respond and replace the fireplace that was damaged and send a new remote. We love the look of this with our new media wall the flame speed, flame colors, and heat option are all great features. Good quality and it was worth the wait! I’m disappointed with this fireplace. We built and addition and just got to the media wall to install the fireplace. The fireplace is bowed in the middle and the remote won’t work after trying several new packs of batteries. I’m going to call the manufacturer as it’s past the time to return it or I would be returning it. Hopefully they will stand behind their product. Is they make it right I will post an updated review. You can see in the photo how far out from the wall it is in the middle.

Would be a 5 BUT.....
Size: 50inch
(see below for the update) A real review for those who are worried about fakes: Packaging was acceptable, mine arrived with no damage The fire without adding the rocks (rocks are included) actually looks really good . Has 3 speeds for the fire and a bunch of different color settings. It looks amazing. HOWEVER -- heating wise: it's just okay. I have a 194sqft room and I tested it yesterday, let it run for 2 hours in 41° rainy weather with 3 drafty windows (as a stress test) and it knocks the chill off the room completely but it doesn't make the room hot. Thats a good thing, because if I seal off the windows then it should be warmer. Now in 30° weather this will likely be more of an issue but I'll update if that ever happens. The reason why I'm giving this 4 stars and not 5 is because for the price this should be a double blower, not 1 center blower. It wouldve made all the difference. There's a hum when you turn on the fire but it's not loud at all so idk what other people are talkin about in their reviews. It's quiet and looks nice even if you mount it on the wall instead of putting it inside your wall. 👍 --UPDATE-- So I've had a few 40-30°F days and I'm convinced this isn't a 1500W as advertised. I have a basic target brand space heater that is actually 1500w that more than just knocks the chill off my room at those temperatures and this fireplace doesn't do that. While it's easy to mount, and looks very nice, it doesn't get AS hot whatsoever . It's disappointing because of the price and as I stated before it for the price should be a double fan heater. This heater feels more like a 500-700w which for my size of room doesn't do much. If your room is tiny, tiny, tiny, then this can work for you. But at almost 200sqft it's not doing it for me.

Update - Loved it at first...
Size: 50inch
The one we have makes noise. I'd say they all make a breathing noise, and I'm not talking about the fan for the heater, I'm talking about the mechanism that produces the flames. The noise is kind of a grinding / rattling sound, and it didn't start right away. Maybe 48 hours of use in. It then went a away for a while, but now it is back. Not a loud as before, but still... Outside of that, for the price, it looks good and was very easy to install. I will note that the two screws you have to remove to get the glass off are a bit hard to access. Unfortunately I built my cabinet around this unit, so if I have to go to a different manufacturers model I have concerns about recess box size... We'll see. UPDATE: The unit we have makes such a loud noise now the it is unusable. The remote also stopped working. The units touch interface still works, but what's the point because the unit is now too loud to use. The customer service appears to be ok at first. Now, I'm just in a perpetual loop of sending video files to weird email address and a persistent request for my information. I'm beginning to wonder if this seller is just out here collecting information to sell or something... Oh, they also made the "motor option" as well. I'm sorry, it's just not ok. Don't expect to be able to return the item either, it doesn't fall under the normal Amazon return policy. So, what I need is a new unit, and no more run around.
