With all the reviews, I wonder would it be good and all. I mean it is one of the more affordable pieces so I wouldn't have expected it to be good or somewhat less quality. I got the chair on time and fast, because of Amazon Prime, the box was no torn or ripped in anyway. When I opened the box, everything was nicely packed and wrapped. I thought there was no screws or tools, because some of the other reviews. But there they were, at the bottom of the box. Assembly, as I was assembling it, everything fitted nicely, but you need to apply pressure to make it tight. If you think everything will just slide in, no, it won't. I have to push and hold certain pieces tightly together while I assembled it and it came out fine. The only problem with main was the on of the metal parts connecting to the main back piece was slightly off, but with a little effort, it fit. My only problem is the seat itself, it looks as if it will wear down it used a lot, but I will be adding another seat cushion and cover anyone. The seat itself is not very solid, inside, it is like metal strips holding the seat up and gives it flexibility. So I worry if people are too heavy or sit harshly, it will break and give way. But it is comfortable and does that job it needs to do. It is still a nice product so far... ... show more

Put them in my office ... everybody wants them! Very, very easy to assemble - took maybe 15 minutes tops. Chairs are high quality, very comfortable, and very rich-looking. Can't wait to get my home office set up, so that I can buy some more!

Once this chair is assembled, it looks nice and is comfortable enough for a lobby... BUT getting it assembled, is horrendous. Only purchase if you have endless time on your hands to wrestle each chair until it is fully assembled. The screw holes do not align correctly, the screws strip before you have any of them screwed fully in and most of the legs arrived chipped and dif. lengths, causing the chair to be wobbly. There is no way I could have assembled the chairs on my own... at times it took 3 people to get everything aligned to put together. If you have A LOT of patience and endless time on your hands, this might be the chair for you.... otherwise, buy at your own risk. ... show more

These chairs look great in my waiting area and are very comfortable to sit in. Assembling them required 2 people at one point. The pieces hold together fine, but they're on the light side and would feel more sturdy if the pieces had more weight to them.
