  • Way better than expected!!
Style: MGR350B + 2 White Speakers
Easy install! Very please with the quality. I wanted something simple for my boat but decent sound. This system is way better than I expected. With only the 2 speakers this sounds way better than you’d think. I may add 2 more speakers just for kicks but this is enough for me..

  • On an 09' Rzr
Style: MGR450B Receiver
Installed on a 2009 rzr. Easy to install and works flawlessly with my phone via bluetooth. I haven't checked to see how the USB works on it nor the radio as I don't have an antennae yet however it is hooked up to an amplifier with an 8" sub and two clarion speakers and it sounds amazing when riding with the loudness of my sxs. There's not much to say other than it's a very good option for probably a boat and certainly a sxs. While I had to modify (cut out a spot) and it's not flush but that's because the rzr is from 09 and wasn't built to have a stereo option. But it works great. I think it's an inexpensive option that will certainly perform to most people's standards provided they have decent speakers. It's loud, louder than most sound bars for 3x the cost. ... show more

  • Faceplate condensation repair DIY
Style: MGR350B + 2 White Speakers
So my radio fogged up after I turned it on and bench tested it for about an hour and a half. I was really disappointed. But being a professional mechanic I took the thing apart all the way down to the faceplate. It's only about 18 screws. Then I dried all the water and condensation, then I took my heat gun and got the whole faceplate and circuitry up to about 140 degrees. Then I closed it most of the way but put a straw for an air duster in there and purged out all the air and humidity. The air inside of an air duster is very dry. Combined with the heat I shouldn't have any more condensation. I closed it all back up and bench tested it for another four hours. No more condensation. Then because I'm going to use it on a jet ski I put extra E6000 sealant on the back where the wires come through. It's already sealed pretty well but a little extra never hurt nobody. The only complaint that I have is the factory should be doing this Purge. The other thing to note is this radio Maxed out at 170 degrees Fahrenheit. With no cooling fans and not much fins for cooling I don't know if the longevity on this radio is going to really last. But it held up to four hours of very loud play in my garage and didn't overheat or breakdown. So I'm installing it. I will update if it breaks down. If this hasn't been updated it still working well. Today's date is June 18 2020. As far as the sound it's pretty good once I put the speakers in the jetski. On the bench it doesn't have much base, but that's to be expected. Overall I think it's going to be plenty loud enough for my needs with the entry lamp and the sound quality is pretty reasonable. By the way it doesn't tell you that it comes with an antenna. And it also has 10 ft of speaker wires. Would have been nice to know that before buying that extra stuff. Oh yeah and it also has the hardware to mount the radio and the speakers. They're all Aluminum and Stainless Steel. It also has a gasket to go behind the radio and the speakers. Well I hope my review helps. • Woke up my audio system
Style: MGR350B Receiver
I got this for my Polaris RZR to run my system that includes four 6 1/2” and one 8” subwoofer along with 2 kicker amps, I replaced using the ride command (stock radio) and it woke up my audio system. The quality is good, brightness display screen. Easy to operate being that the buttons are a good size. Has features like builtin EQ, Bluetooth. It’s a good value for your money. I recommend this 10/10 ... show more

  • New sound system in trailer
Style: MGR450B + 2 White Speakers
We have a 3 year old 23ft. travel trailer, and I wasn't wild about the sound system that came with it. Replaced the outside speakers first, the factory installed speakers were tiny and needed to be cranked up more than the inside speakers. The BOSS speakers were much better, good for the price. Then decided to replace the radio. The Furion unit was a 4 inch cube so my choices were limited as there was not enough room to widen the opening and use a 2 DIN unit. Also, the Bluetooth would cut out if I moved my phone more than a couple feet from the trailer, and I knew it wasn't the phone. I first tried a Jensen radio which worked ok but not much power. I decided to go with this package and keep the Jensen as a spare. The speakers are almost a match to the outside ones, and installing the radio required adding small blocks for the lower corners. Added a short USB extension because I can't access the back of the unit when it is screwed into the cabinet. The inside speakers installed into the existing holes in the ceiling. The inside speakers are the "front" and the outside is the "rear." With the fader set even inside and out the volume is just about even. And the Bluetooth works great. Happy so far. ... show more
