This is a great option if you have limited mounting locations. I have 2025 Pioneer 1000-3. It has a full back panel and a roof. All parts attach to the cage with clamps - no clearance for the mounting clamp. But I found the perfect spot and this sound bar has 3 mounting options. I made a bracket for the back and attached it directly to the rear panel - between the rear cross bars - fit perfectly. Added an extra brace on the bottom. Perfect size for ATV mount. Sound was great, except if you are driving at high speed (30mps +), then hard to hear music. I use mine mainly mudding & trails, so sound quality was great for the ride. Other riders impressed as well. Easy to install. Do need to purchase a separate mounting plate for most installments if you do not plan to install on handle bars or roll bar. Initially I was really happy with this radio. It sounds good for its size and can get way louder than I want. Now I'm not talking 12" subwoofer levels here but sound quality and bass levels are probably comparable to your average newer car with stock door speakers. Just remember, if you aren't in an enclosed car, the sound will be different. I haven't really tested the USB or AUX inputs since I mostly use Bluetooth like probably 99% of people these days. With that in mind, that's where this radio fails big time. If you power this radio on with your ignition or your cigarette lighter is powered by your ignition, the radio obviously turns off when you turn the engine off....no big deal, that's what I want. What I don't want is for the radio to turn back on defaulted to aux and volume 24 every time. So every time I start up, I have to hit mode to change it back to bluetooth and adjust the volume. It's not a huge deal but it can get really annoying over time. I'll probably hard wire it but seems unnecessary given radios from 50 years ago could remember what mode you were in last. ... show more
