Great so far. Put amp in a 2015 f250, paired with two 8in subs. You definitely need 4g "ofc" wire are bigger. I got 8g and amp keep over heating and going into protection mode. But the amp itself seems to be a great amp so far

Gotta say I'm impressed with this amp. I upgraded from a Boss 1500w due to my rca inputs going out, typical since the amp was 8yrs old and I put it through hell in those 8yrs. But this 4000w amp is legit, definitely worth the money. It's pushing my 2 15 Skars just fine, got them wired at 2ohms right now. Gonna drop it down to 1ohm and see how it's hitting. Decent amp for the price, haven't been able to play with it for optimal performance. Set up for a bench test and am happy with the sound quality. As I'm not looking for a huge bass gains this makes a decent budget amp for a simple system.

I purchased in the beginning of September and installed in October 2025. It was easy to install. It was working fine but all of a sudden while driving I smelled something burning and found out it was the amp. Waste of money as it’s only been 2 months.

It's a boss, so the performance ratings are well over exaggerated. But the led lit emblem is cool. Lol. It works well, for the subwoofer I was mating it to, so no complaints. It's a decent starter amp.

NOT 1 OHM STABLE!!! I usually like Boss products, for the money, can’t complain… except for this one! Tried hooking up 4 10” MDX subs 4ohms each) and was distorting! Okay at 2 Ohms but definitely not a 1 Ohm amp! A bit of false advertising on this one. Try the Blaupunkt, I put one in… 4 10s are humming!!! ... show more
