I've been using PCs my whole life. Never once did I think a system would be that small. It is not a barn burning gaming machine. You don't get the kind of frames they claim, but it's perfectly gameable at 1080 - runs Baldur's Gate 3 local split screen no problem. It's a beast of a productivity machine, fans are quiet, can't say much more. I used this to replace my old gaming laptop when it died. Again, pretty impressed with what they've done.

The fan continuously cycles between on and off and, when it's on, it's as loud as an old desktop, which is very irritating. The constant cycling makes you aware of just how loud it is because you keep hearing whooshes of noise followed by momentary silence, then quickly more noise...repeat ad nauseam. Unfinished design, returned.

I bought this for my brother some 2000 miles away, He is disabled, 80 years of age and he said he loved it. He plays games most of the day so the extra memory is a plus.

I ordered this PC because the specs were excellent and the price was very reasonable. I used it as my main PC so I wasn't running a big tower PC 24x7 and it was great! The performance was amazing and I was very happy with it. Unfortunately, after 30 days it suddenly wouldn't boot any longer. I was unable to repair the OS. I removed the NVME drive and put it in my Tower and tried to read it, but it was dead. Assuming it was a problem with a low quality NVME, I purchased a new Samsung NVME. I was able to install Windows and get it running again, but after a week the new drive also failed. I sent an email to BOSGAME support but they never responded. Please don't waste your time with PCs from this company. Spend more and get one from a reliable company.

6/3/23 This review is for the H77 7735HS model. The moment I received the package, I could hear something moving inside this computer. Upon opening the bottom cover, I could see that there were only 3 screws in placed for the mainboard with one empty socket. Clearly, someone didn't even complete the mounted process. After removing the remaining screws and removed the mainboard, I recovered the loose screw and properly mounted the mainboard. Not a good first impression. Will update more.

I bought this for versatility. Running a burn in test, this computer was barely audible and still stayed cool. Pros: 1. Tiny – this machine is super lightweight, and compact 2. Quiet-Even under a full load, tucked behind a monitor and it’s nearly silent 3. Fast-Using the Intel P660 SSD and the AMD 5800U, you won’t be waiting for anything 4. Upgradeable-With standard RAM and M.2 NVMe slot, you can expand this system 5. Power efficient-Since this is essentially a laptop CPU, you’re not going to waste electricity or generate a lot of heat in your workspace 6. Mountable-this unit comes with a VESA compatible bracket AND two short and really short HDMI cables. No excessive cables needed to mount to one monitor and connect to another. 7. Nice build quality-With an aluminum case and copper cooling, sitting in sight people will be impressed 8. Remote play-For Steam and NVidia GeForce Now games combined with a high end gaming machine, this works excellent to remote play from the Gaming machine to my 4K TV. It’s fun to fool your friends playing a graphically intense game making them think its powered by this machine. CONS 1. Limited GPU- Even though the description says gaming, it’s capable of only basic gaming. No Cyberpunk, but was able to play Destiny 2 at 720p and low setting at about 40FPS. It was playable, but not ideal. Perfect for OTT ROG games like Diablo, Baldur’s Gate, Neverwinter Nights, etc. Basic. 2. The SSD isn’t the best nor the fastest 3. Out of the box, I had Bluetooth errors as well as Inaccessible Boot Device 4. Windows Activation issues- Fixed by running the Activation Troubleshooter. 5. Power Supply Cord is short you’ll need a power strip close by to plug it in. 6. No support at all. If you install a new SSD or wipe the existing SSD drivers weren’t detected for the MediaTek Bluetooth or Ethernet. 7. This Base computer is used by countless other brands, so the EUFI is so basic it looks like an old bios and no flashed serial number on the BIOS Would I recommend this to others? Absolutely, especially for those who want a sharp clean desk but not a laptop. It may come out to be more than an equivalent laptop, but definitely more tidy. I wish it was a 6000 CPU as most gameplay is limited by video memory. The 5000 series had 512MB of VRAM, while the 6000 supports 4GB. Still a worthy buy with the $100 off coupon.
