After purchasing Bose Soundbar 900 and Bass Module 700, I was really impressed with how well they performed. As a result, I went ahead and completed the system by purchasing the Bose Surround Sound Speakers 700 and the Bose Omni Jewel Stands to go with them. Pros: The speaker is definitely made of pure quality. Nice & Sleek looking Sound Quality is nice Easy pair and set up through Bose app to the soundbar Catches all the background sounds from the movie and gaming Cons: Speakers are smaller than the plug unit it comes with. Speakers are not very loud even as I have it at level 100. Pricey for speakers that are not very loud. Overall: Despite the fact they are not very loud, it is still noticeable and enjoyable and completes My Bose System. I am happy with it. I wish it wasn’t over $500 bit I have no regrets. They are still very nice speakers and I recommend them if you have the means. ... show more

They add the finishing touch if you have the smart sound bar 900 and the 700 sub, which I do. Attaching them to the jewel stands for me was a must. I would like to control them individually through the Bose app but the app only allows for control of both speakers simultaneously. I am running the system through my Samsung Neo QLED90A and I was able to make adjustments through the app and got rid of most of the harshness and overall have excellent sound. But keep in mind you will only hear them when something is broadcasted to the rear from the source. The system has excellent separation. I do recommend them. ... show more

Update: I am updating my rating to 4 stars. I struggled with set up initially. Almost returned the speakers. Then I thought I’ll give the setup another try. I recycled the power and tried the set up again and it worked and has been working fine now. I do think that less technical folks may struggle. The sound quality is great. ——- The speakers look cool and the sound is good “when” they work. I have spent hours trying to connect my sound bar to these speakers (they are supposed to be accessory speakers). They connected initially. Now they are not connected. The Bose music app shows that they are connected but there is no sound. The sound bar remote which is the other way to connect these, is a challenge to use. You cannot read the labels on the remote. It’s hilarious how stupid the design is. Overall a really bad experience after spending over a $1000 on try to create a home theatre experience. ... show more

I set it up to my Bose sound bar with bass module. Compared to main bar, this surround speakers portion for music or movie sound is so weak in my opinion. But generally as I love Bose system, I like them all.

I recently upgraded from the Bose 300 sound touch sound bar to the Bose 900 sound bar. After setting it up with my 300 virtually invisible surround speakers It sounded great. I toyed around with adding the 700 surrounds but was on the fence because of price and reviews saying how quite they were. So I ran across a positive review which said to put a small cloth on them when doing the adaptiq IQ sound calibration this will muffle the speaker causing it to play a louder sound to be heard by the adaptiq headset. I bought them and placed the cloth on them as advised and OMG!!!!!!!!!! They are very loud and crisp night and day over the 300’s so if you’re out there thinking should I, let me tell you go for it you won’t be sorry. ... show more

Ok here is the deal with these. You really don't get LOUD out of them when watching a movie because they are only going to pick up certain sounds and deliver those specific sounds at a surround sound level based on the volume you are listening to. EXAMPLE: you would here the hills of a persons shoes while walking and that should not be as loud as a person talking or the echo of wind. The speakers deliver background/echo/supplemental/additional/ sounds. Not going to deliver the sounds nor level that is coming from the Bar. The 700 Bar and 700 sub (without these) are a solid combo for watching movies. These speakers don't produce loud sound during moovies because its SPECIFIC sounds hat they are design to produce during movie play at a specific volume. (MY OPINOIN) The addition of these speakers are very noticeable. Now playing music is when these speakers absolutely pop which completes the 700 system, (Bar, Sub, Surround speakers). Their sound impact is BOSE and unmatched. PERIOD!!!. You will not be disappointed with this buy at all. I was almost going to send them back until I played music through them. Rock, Country, Rap, R&B, and Blues. The wireless feature and maintaing the BOSE quality wirelessly brings the price which I do think is still a bit high. But you know BOSE is going to charge for it. I think BOSE could have sold these speaker for less money. For this reason, I gave them a 4 star for "value for the money." If you want BOSE but on a tight budget then you can enjoy Bar and Sub. If you can get this in your budget then you should. ... show more

These speakers are a perfect complement to the Bose soundbar 900. Hard to imagine the beautiful sound coming out of these two small speakers. I just wish the volume could be just a little louder.

Very, very expensive and barely audible. I've cranked them up to 100 within the app, moved them higher, lower, closer, further to no effect. The size is great, they are tiny little things.
