abunda_amazon_reviews I used it for only for 3 hours and it very noticed few things already I’m guessing it’s have been used for a while I don’t think it was “restored by a professional” as soon as I hold it I noticed the right set were kinda loosed and an annoying jamming kicks for a moment. Last, the leather showing white marks lines as shown in picture. The delivery was one day earlier and the product is way better than my last headphones but NOT WORTH IT AT ALL it’s only 35 dollars less than original price. I feel like I was spammed with this. Please be aware !!!;;Reviewed in the United States on March 7, 2019;;2.0 out of 5 stars;;It was shipped one day earlier approximated time “2 stars for it”;;abdullah;;;Would NOT purchase a refurb from this company. Product came in with multiple drilled holes in one side of ear piece, parts rattling around inside and battery life less than 10%.. Would not charge. Did not come with case. Poor product refurb.. Had to go to Best Buy before a flight since these were garbage.. Sony noise canceling is much better as they are more clear. Bose has a small hint of "white noise" where the Sony's do not.;;Reviewed in the United States on October 16, 2019;;1.0 out of 5 stars;;Junk from this company. very bad Refurb product.;;Shane Helsley;;;I connected my headphones to my iPhone. I use it for anything from phone calls, listening to music, podcasts and audiobooks, to sometimes just putting them on for the noise cancelling feature. PROS: - They are very comfortable. I can wear them for hours on end without a problem. I've only had them slip back on my head once or twice (probably just depends on head shape and where on your head you wear the band across the top). - Good bluetooth connection. I like how once you complete the one-time, initial bluetooth connection, when you turn the headphones on, it automatically connects to my device. I've never had a lag time issue. - Great for travel. I'm on a plane as I write this review! I travel a lot for work. These headphones work really well for planes. You can still hear a little rumble of plane noise and really loud kids through them (even with the noise cancellation feature on), but it DEFINITELY dampens everything. They're also nice if you have a talkative seat mate and you're trying to get work - or Amazon reviews - done :) - Decent case size. I was worried the headphone case would take up a lot of room in my backpack. While it's obviously larger than an AirPods case, the fold design of the headphones makes it more compact (compared to other full sized headphones). It's very lightweight, which I like. - Battery life. The battery life is great - easily lasts a full day. Charges up quickly. Small nit is that the charging cord is very short - although, it also makes it easy to shove in the pocket/pouch in the case. - Nice alternative to AirPods. I still love my AirPods, but sometimes it's nice to switch it up and have something AROUND your ears vs. IN your ears. CONS: - Incoming calls. One small thing I don't like is when I'm on a call and another call comes it, it will cut off the existing call. So, you'll miss what the person has said/is saying until you decline the incoming call. - Conference calls. When I dial into a conference call (like Zoom or Google Hangouts), the phone will ask me what device I want to use ("Bose QC Series II", "Speaker", "iPhone"). I always have to select the cancel button, which is a little annoying each time. I feel it should just assume I want to use the Bose headphones since I've already connected to headphones and they're on. - Mute button. This is very minor, but once I muted myself on my iPhone and then tried to unmute myself via the headphones and no one could hear me. I had to unmute myself on my iPhone. Now, I just pick one to enable/disable mute (either iPhone OR headphones). Overall, glad I made this purchase. And glad I used the Renewed option via Amazon. These work great and seem to be high-quality, like new and saved $100.;;Reviewed in the United States on November 17, 2019;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Love my new headphones! Very comfortable to wear. With enough bass to satisfy edm, hip hop, and rock, turning up the headphones only makes it seem more like a concert in your head. The 3D audio works splendidly, and with the noise cancellation on, you can’t make out words or music outside. Someone can be watching tv in the same room and you will hear only the crisp sound of your audio. Without them, I can hear a lot of "distractions" from the hum of the fan to cars passing by. When I have them on, it does a great job of blocking all of that. But even on high cancellation, I can still hear the dogs barking or when the upstairs neighbor drops something. But it's muffled to where it could pass as a distant sound. And they are very comfortable! For Bose, the price is pretty standard. I would've preferred full noise cancellation.
