Headphones came as described in the listing with carry case, 2.5mm to 3.5mm auxiliary cable, and charging cord. This was a good purchase. I tested the Bose QC 35 II's side by side with the Bose QC Ultra's and decided to return the Ultra's in favor of these. The QC 35 II's can be used without power, and they have the feature of turning noise cancelling off; the Ultra's lack both of these features and that is a deal breaker for me. The Ultra's do sound better, but only by a very small margin, and this small margin absolutely does not justify the high price of the Ultra's. ... show more

These headphone have excellent sound.Pairs easily with IPhone. These phone came with nice case and recharge and plug in cables. I use them when working out at the gym. Charge seems to last well. Very comfortable.

So first and foremost, I got this for 30% off the normal price and I’m factoring that into my review. Second, I’m a bit of a Bose fanboy. I know they’re not the overall best sound company out there, but I’ve always enjoyed their sound. For me the sound of these headphones is what I’d expect from Bose. Clear tones, clean sound, and just a bit lacking in the very lowest of the bass. Still has a decent bass punch. The microphone works well from what people talking to me have told me. The wired function works even without powering on the headphone, but it does not transmit through the mic in this configuration. The noise cancelling is great to me. It doesn’t cancel noise, it just turns all the volume down to a low level, no matter how loud the sound is. I can still hear people speaking (and announcements at the airport or on a plane) and I can make out what’s going on around me. I just don’t have to crank up the volume to hear what’s coming through the headphones. To me that’s ideal. I mostly were these when I travel. I’m not looking for silence, just to be able to listen to my entertainment without having to blow my eardrums to hear over jet sounds or whatever else is going on. I can still hear my group being called or other important information. I just hear my headphones much clearer. Oh and the app is fine. I don’t bother with it outside of updates. ... show more

I ordered this to save some cash with the expectation that I'd receive a return or something slightly scuffed up. Nope! The one I got was BRAND NEW. In the original box, with the original protective plastic wrap. All accessories were completely untouched inside, including the brand-spankin-new headphones. So I am thrilled that I saved so much money going with this renewed listing. As for the headphones themselves, I love them. The range on the wireless is great, they're extremely comfortable, the sound quality is phenomenal, battery life is great. I purchased these specifically because I suffer from chronic migraines. I've tried various other headphones before, some equally as expensive. All of them triggered migraines with the clamp force and top band pressure. Earbuds hurt my ear canals and fall out. I had avoided these because I was told that they're great audio, but not as great as they could be for the price. With that said, I was also told they're by far some of the most comfortable ones you can find. So I finally said screw it and splurged on these and am pleased to say the audio quality is still absolutely amazing and they're the most comfortable ones I've ever tried. Sometimes I forget they're on my head, which was the goal! I can finally listen to music and play games with my friends without worrying too much about triggering a migraine and having to tap out. ... show more
