Bosch has been including a free shop rag in with the brake pads for years . Disregard the reviews that say they received used pads because there was a shop rag in the box . Great pads at a great price !

Perfect fit on my Hyundai Tucson. This is my third set of these brake pads. They always come with a blue rag in the box. They are new not used or returned. Just something quirky Bosch does for some reason. Nice and quiet brake pads

They work great but there's some noise and they came wrapped with a blue towel inside the box. Is that common? I've bought front and rear they both came with the towels. I will update about the mileage.
