I ordered new brake pads for my 2012 ford escape. I’m not sure if they were sent to me used or maybe they were a return but they absolutely are not new. Attached is the picture of exactly how I received them. Yes, that is a shop towel stuffed in the box. On top of that they are not even close to fitting my car. I just installed the pads. No calipers or rotors. They fit perfect and stop my 2010 Escape very well. I can't comment, of course, on how long they will last. I like them so much, I ordered another set for my 2012 Escape. They came in a simple box. Strangely, the pads were wrapped in a blue rag (that was a new one). Just as the photo shows, there are 4 pads and a small packet of grease to lube the sliding contact points. ... show more
