I have had trouble gaining weight my whole life and it is really hard to find high calorie drinks that actually show results but I decided to try this since it’s the highest calorie drink I can find. I actually really love the taste of it compared to others. I have only tried the chocolate and I really like it because it is a smooth, mild chocolate flavor. I will say, it is a very very thick consistency. I personally like it but I know that can bother a lot of people. It takes about two months of drinking 1-2 a day for me to see any results. Because of the price and how often I have to drink it, I had to stop buying it. These were a lifesaver. My mom loved them and they helped her to regain the large amt of weight that she lost from being sick--due to them being very high in calories. She would sometimes drink 2 per day. I couldn't find any supplements this high in calories in stores
