I give it 5 stars because it's very well built with sturdy zippers and thick material. The wheels seem very rigid and hold up well through various types of terrain. It looks amazing and well worth every penny. That being said, I bought it hoping it would fit all her catcher's gear along with all her other things. Purchased bag for middle school baseball. At receiving noticed that top compartment zippers were hard to slide and open. Larger zippers would make it easier for smaller hands to use.
