A great little safe for a cheap price. I got this for my dorm room for college this year and I think it’s gonna work great. When you pick it up you can tell it’s a fake book but on a shelf it looks normal. I bought the larger version and its about as wide as my average sized hand when I spread my fingers out. I recommend getting the bigger size because it’s actually not too big but it’s about perfect. There’s a couple minor imperfections on the outside cover of the book but it doesn’t really bother me because it doesn’t interfere with the actual safe. Overall a very good product!

When on the shelf with my other books you would never know this was not a dictionary. Best way to hide something is to hide it in plain sight. But if block doesn't work it's kind of useless. I was in and out of this maybe three or four times and the plastic broke off the side of the main lock so the entire lock falls out of the box. I could probably epoxy it and place but what am I to take the chance of not getting my goods out of the box. Couldn't find a way to contact the seller to see if I could get a replacement part.

Pages look as false as they are vault is metal 3 digit lock sequence cover and spine look real and good in general if I had to put the quality of the vault to a test it cant be open by brute force maybe a heavy duty crowbar but not a normal one not just an normal hammer either. Easy to lock Step by step manual on how to change code the original code will be 000 incase you lose the paper I suggest you keep the paper in the book when you lock it was an overall great product well that's all and don't say I'm a bot it would be like rick explaining that Beth being a clone doesn't matter.

Whenever go through my pockets at night and find a few dollars I have a habit of stashing it somewhere so that it will be handy when I need some quick cash. Problem is whenever I need the cash I'm never able to remember where "somewhere" was. When I saw the Book Safe Lock Box I knew that it was exactly what I needed to help me get organized and remember where I stashed the stash. It serves my purpose well and the combination lock is the perfect solution for the person that is always losing or misplacing seldom used keys that can't be found when they're need most...like me. You set a three digit code like an area code and you're set. I was very impressed with the seller's customer service support too. The first time that I tried to set the code of the combination lock I made a mistake and locked myself out of the box. I contacted the seller and within the hour Monica emailed me a link to a YouTube video that walked me right through the resetting process and put me back in business in no time at all. Many thanks!

This safe is awesome! It looks great and you won't even be able to tell it's not a real book. Here are... My Pros: #1) It looks real. Just as thick as a regular dictionary. #2) It fits in good with other books on ANY bookshelf. #3) The password is changeable, (Located inside the book cover.) #4) It is pretty spacious! My Cons: #1) It has plastic pages, easy to catch if the safe is, for example, lying on a table. (But if it's packed in to a bookshelf, there's NO WAY you can see those.) #2) The books cover may seem a bit fancy to the touch. I sanded my cover to make it look authentic. Honestly, I love this safe. You could even probably hide a (small) handgun in it! And also, if you didn't read the description, please note: THIS SAFE IS IN NO WAY FIREPROOF. But the lock is also very strong and cannot be cracked easily. I love It!!!😁😏

I tried putting some thing in there. I expected it to fit but unfortunately it has to be a little smaller in the box and there’s a part of the box that goes down so you’re basically using 4/5ths of the box to fit your big item. But! Lock works! UNFORTUNATELY:( it’s so freaking loud if you pick it up or turn it a little it’s made of tin or metal so there’s no cushioning for the sound inside, I put Styrofoam inside. Unfortunately, that made space smaller inside. But I really like the little lock. It’s not too hard to make yourself the passcode.
