Useful for quick notes, especially jotting down info during telephone conversations. A compact, clean design, reasonably priced, works exactly as advertised, and helps reduce the "Thousand Scraps of Paper" problem. My old one of these gave excellent service; it lasted about ten years before the screen started to delaminate around the edges (though the the center part still works fine!).
