This is a nice standing desk that is easy to build.(Electric screwdriver or drill are helpful, but not necessary; take care not to over-tighten.) It was remarkably compact in the shipping box, due to clever design. It is electric, so you need an outlet nearby, and you can save the heights you prefer, so getting it perfect is just the push of a button. Once assembled it is simple to raise and the headphone hook is a nice touch. It should hold up reasonably well and I find it much better on my back to alternate between sitting and standing throughout the day. I am happy with this item, nice and sturdy, with well-made parts. I am using it as a second piece for another desk. I am giving it 4 stars for a few weeks to see how well does, since this isn't as disposable as some.

    • Smooth and quiet when moving up and down
Lots of room and great to use when you need to give your behind a rest from sitting. As well as pairs great with a walk pad just make sure all your cords to your computer are long enough to use this as I ripped my hdmi out before using this.

If you work from home or are sitting at a desk for anything for long periods of time. This is fairly easy to put together however, I do recommend 2 people for the job. It was a bit of a challenge to get the legs manually adjusted to be perfectly level, as they were about 5mm out of alignment. Once I got that fixed, this works with ease.
