In good faith I purchased two of these beds. It has been a disaster. The third party seller advertised that this bed is sturdy. It is not. It is dangerous! It is not made of quality materials and the instructions are very difficult to follow. Some of the hardware did not match the instructions. It is impossible to disassemble it in order to attempt to return it. In addition, I have been a loyal Amazon customer for many years. I contacted Amazon Customer Service many times and talked to several customer service representatives. I was told that after following protocol with Bonnlo, the third party seller, to not proceed with any further action with Bonnlo, because it would be handled by Amazon A-Z customer guarantee. I was not helped in a timely manner by Amazon A-Z Guarantee so I also disputed the charge. Because this was a third party seller, I finally found out by a customer service representative of Amazon that by disputing the charge, I interrupted the third party/A-Z Customer Care process. WHO KNEW? This is a complete loss for me. I have been a loyal customer for years. This has been a heartbreaking experience. BEWARE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM BONNLO or RECEIVING ANY REAL HELP FROM A-Z Customer Guarantee.

This bed looks cute but it not the best. The instructions are confusing the tools are miss labled. The bed is really cheap how ever after using it for a month I would say its great for the price. The 308lb limit I would say it can hold more, im not sure how it would hold overtime. Me and 3 of my 100lb dongs have slept on it. I will say putting the bed together is difficult and confusing the parts that came with the bed where miss labeled. The bed comes with stickers to cover the screw holes however its not the same color its not 100% noticeable but you can see it if you take a closer look. If your going to get this bed my advice is to have lots of patience when assembling.

As you can see from previous reviews, this bed is almost impossible to put together without issues. I have screws that don’t fit in the place the directions tell you. There are holes that are outfitted in areas that do not correspond to the directions. There are places where you must screw them in wi tho out direction. Meaning the holes the provide as guidance are on the wrong side. So you have to guess where you are connecting the pieces. This is ridiculous. I knew it was a cheap bed but this is just a rip off. Don’t buy this.

The bed came without any scratches and is surprisingly heavy for its price. It took about 2.5 hours to assemble. All parts came with good and easy instructions. I would recommend it.
