    • It's fine, as long as you aren't needing a tarp that's waterproof.
I got this for a great deal. But upon opening the tarp, I discovered why... The poly material was not evenly spread onto the fabric material. Some places were really thin, even missing entirely in a few small areas, so it's obviously not waterproof. Luckily I dodnt need it to be waterproof as I'm using it as a vapor barrier on the inside of a shipping container. And for the price I paid, I can't say I expected much. ... show more

As advertised -- this is a very thick tarp with great wear resistance, water impermeable (unlike many tarps that seep) and supposedly UV resistance -- I'll update is i find that to not be the case. This is great value for a tarp that you can be confident will keep water off your stuff.

Thick and high quality tarp! Pretty much exactly what I expected when I ordered it, but a bit thicker and higher quality than I expected. Perfect size too. It is a little heavier, but that's a positive in my book. I got it for an extra water proof layer for my tent when I go camping, but I've already found other uses. I even put it down like a drop cloth for painting and it worked for that as well. You can't go wrong with a good quality tarp and this one delivers! ... show more

This tarp is an extremely thick multi-layer tarp. Its large enough to cover a significant area and durable enough to withstand strong winds and bad weather. Waterproof tarps of this quality at the big boxes store easily go for double the price. So this is well worth the money if it last long term. I will update my review after this has been exposed to the elements and report how its holding up. ... show more
