This is the best office chair I've ever gotten from Amazon. Actually fits me as someone who's 6'3", and it raises up and down so you can get the perfect ergonomic position for the height of your desk. Other chairs never get high enough and cause shoulder and neck pain over time if your desk is too high. Love how the cushions feel - so soft and comfortable, even on the arm rests. Love that the arm rests can be folded up to get out of the way, and same with the head rest. Good lumbar support that's adjustable. If anything is negative, it's that the circular footrest gets in the way of the adjustment levers at lower positions, so you can't spin freely. The black fabric is also a magnet for cat hair, but that's a small price to pay for the quality of the cushioning.

I love this chair. My job is sitting at a computer for 8-9 hours a day. This chair makes that tool easier. I’m stunned how big a difference it makes from my last drafting chair. When I received this one for my office , I took the old one home to my desk- I work from home 2 days a week, it looks like I’ll have to order another because the old one is now just horrible in comparison.

This chair is awesome. How can it be expressed to humans successfully that not only do we need shoes, we need arch supports in those shoes. Same for a chair : for the back, we need lumbar support in a chair. I just had to write this. This chair is AWESOME : it virtually DEMANDS : punch your back side deeply into the chair as you sit. Wow, it will cradle you to sit up. Every time I sit, vertebrae crack, and I can feel muscle extension yeah literally from head to toe, blood circulation flowing. Like a massage. If you relax and let it - like a massage. Awesome. Assembly is simple. Plenty of firm structure in the ?foam? build of the seat, the great lace-like back to the chair, and therein that lumbar support. If it's uncomfortable, then I suggest strive for better health and let the chair show you how good the positioning of this chair is. It's construction is as good as the best and will last. And it raises so you can sit bar/drafting height, which was also what I needed. !!!

Immediately out of the box, I noticed that the plastic of the chair was really heavy duty, it seemed study and high quality. I was a little difficulty putting it together by myself, but took only abt 30 minutes. The arms were a little confusing but after that I got it. The chair is really comfortable and so perfect for my tall desk, I was so relieved to finally have something tall enough. My only thing is that the bottom ring where you put your feet seems a but unstable, i feel like i might break it if i push off of it to readjust or to help me climb up to the chair. I'd recommend only resting yr feet on it and not apply any force to it. the lumbar support is good, i prefer more support though the upper back, so i may get a cushion for that. I recommend!

Have been using the chair every day for a little over a month now. I can be sitting in it for hours at a time playing video games at what used to be my stand up only computer, but it's nice to have the option to sit down and I'm too cheap for a sit/stand desk. I have three slipped and one herniated disc and this chair is still perfectly comfortable to sit in for extended periods of time. I've had it at max height this entire time and it hasn't started creeping down yet, so to be honest I can't really complain. Tilts back just enough for me to put my feet up on some stuff I have at this computer. If need be, I'd probably buy it again. Only wish it went a little higher, but that's more of a me thing than anything. Really like that the arms fold up, sometimes I sit criss cross on it and it's pretty convenient. Also probably just a me thing, but I wish the head rest was three or four inches more forward.
