I am 70. and all I have to do is look at my forearms and they bruise like I have been hit with a baseball bat. I have to wear heavy coverage foundation on my arms if I go out, to cover the bruises. I bought this product because some sports moms told me it really helped with bruises and swelling. I didn't start using it until about after a week after my injury so I'm not sure whether the bruise improvement was due to the product or just the passage of time.     • Gets rid of bruises fast
I had a bruise around my eye, DV, embarrassing and ashamed to go to work, with one weekend this completely dissolved the bruise. Also with the help of rubbing it with a warm towel. Remember, warm compressions to dissolve the dark purple spots on skin! This did help wonders!
