Doctor said I had to use more, so I did and it works much better and faster. So about for quarters stacked an inch and a half wide. Last for about three to four hours.

I rub this in to my knees each night so I can be less stiff. It relieves some and with the massage to apply it I feel better. I know it’s natural for the most part and turn to it for help.

Maybe my Arthritis level can not benefit from this product. I read positive reviews and I believe it can work, but other methods/products worked better for me. It also doesn't smell good.

I was surprised that this worked so quickly! Absorbs quickly and is very easily applied. It was after 8 hours before I thought about how good my knees were feeling. Not a strong harsh smell, and was well worth the price. As an added benefit it really helped get rid of some bruises!
