This is as good as any suspension training system out there including TRX. Quality materials from the metal carabiners/claps, canvas straps, and grippy rubber handles. 5 stars.

Item is VERY sturdy. There are only two things I would change about the design. 1: There is no need for an Allen key type locking carabiner. If a locking type is desired, a twist lock type(or ANY tool-less design) would be much appreciated! I resolved this issue by simply backing the Allen screws out all the way while forcing them back out of the hole with a scratch awl. Now I just have the springs😎. 2: I understand the "overbuilt" and "tough" look is what they were going for... But is 1-1/2" webbing really necessary? These things are capable of supporting people who have ZERO interest in working out with them. 1" webbing can support up to 350-400 lbs if it is from a quality source. 3: A 2nd door anchor or some type of folding spreader bar for the single anchor point would be AWESOME! The piece could simply be a 1/2" bar that is pinned and jointed in the middle with a ring to attach the straps on either end. A sliding piece of tubing (with a caribiner built in for the anchor point) could have a small slot cut into it so it locks onto the pin in the hinged center, locking the bar out straight. I have yet to perform a workout with this as I just unboxed it. Upon unboxing I noticed 2 quality issues(pictured) that are minor, but still kinda piss me off. 1:There is a stain on one of the straps. 2:There is paint/powder coat damage on one of the carabiners. Neither of these defects are the seller's fault as it looks like both defects could have resulted from poor handling at the manufacturer. Not gonna complain too much because I don't want some Chinese kid to get whipped on my account. Overall for the price, I have to say I'm pretty excited to put these to use. If I remember to, I will edit this and post a user review type update.

Hello Everyone, I have been doing my own TRX workouts for a number of years. (I am an "old head" so I don't get on the ground but I do use it for upper body, squats etc.). After the TRX gave way, I went looking for something "cheap" that would allow me to keep going without the tremendous cost of my original TRX. I found plenty and in almost every case, after a few months of use they would slip during the workout throwing everything off kilter. Stopping in the middle of a set to readjust the strap was both time consuming and frustrating. With the Bodytorc system, I have the best of both worlds. It is relatively low cost when compared to TRX but it provides the same heavy duty components as found with the TRX. The thought of no longer waiting for my straps to fail as I exercise make it well worth the cost. I highly recommend the Bodytorc Suspension Training System. Good to the budget and the body. A win/win!

Received the Bodytorc suspension trainer and on the first use one of the handles split in half. Sent a message to Bodytorc and received a messaged in a short period of time that they would send me another. Received the replacement and everything appears to be functioning very well...The Bodytorc is well made and appears very strong as I have tested it in many different positions...very happy with the Bodytorc...

Very satisfied with this suspension trainer. It's made with very sturdy webbing and high quality hardware - I imagine it'll serve me well for years. Some standout features for me: - Packs light and small enough to travel with (although the robust hardware adds to weight) to get a workout in anywhere there's a door or a horizontal bar - my primary use for it. - If you have a horizontal bar you drape it over, you can dangle the two bands independently, much like gymnastic rings. I've done this at playgrounds while traveling and performed dips and pull-ups, which you can't do with a "typical" suspension trainer where both bands originate from the same point. - You can mount it on a door with the included door mount and use it for rows, pushups, and even bicep curls and tricep extensions. - I've also used the included "extension arms" to use wooden gymnastic rings instead of the included handles. Bonus: BodyTorc has fantastic customer service! I had a minor QC issue with my first unit, and emailed the folks at BodyTorc. They responded literally within minutes and solved my problem within 2 emails back and forth. Great product and great team!

I purchased the Body Torc suspension trainer to add a new dimension of exercise to my pull up bar. The trainer is sturdy and well-made and has worked great so far! I like that the separate foot straps are separate from the handles, which allows me to adjust the distance between the foot straps and the handles. When I first purchased this product, the two handles were slightly different lengths, but I reached out to Body Torc and they sent new handles right away - very responsive and helpful customer service!
