after a few months use I'm happy to share these work better than any other product i've tried, especially the one with the little pillow the doctor gave me. I have used for both golfers and tennis elbow, unfortunately have both in my right elbow so i'll have to adjust that band throughout the day Don't be afraid to adjust the band to different positions and tightness, it took some trial and error for myself but once I figured out the proper placements they work wonders.     • Much Easier To Use In the Gym Than I Thought

So, the Bodyprox Elbow Braces are comfortable, well designed, well made and work taking pressure off the elbow in the manner described. The one possible negative I had to work through was taking the Bodyprox off when I switched to Abs, Cardio and other non-weight lifting exercises. What to do with them since I don't go to the gym with a loaded backpack like I am planning a day hike in the Rockies. When I was working out today (first day using the Bodyprox) and got on the bike, I went to take them off and thought that maybe I could just slide them down from my elbows to my wrist/weight lifting gloves and forget about them. It worked perfectly. So, slide them up, slide them down, no problem, no worry and with the velcro they stay put and will never become a nuisance and never get left somewhere in the gym after use.. ... show more

    • It works!!!
I was skeptical that this could help me with my extremely painful tennis elbow, but the first day I used it I was pleasantly surprised! I could not believe this small band was able to help, rather than needing some hot (I live in Florida, so more covering equals more HEAT) arm sleeve type of support. It can be uncomfortable at times and the velcro can be scratchy if you're moving around a lot. These can usually be resolved, I have found, by either readjusting it or taking it off for a short break. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and will not leave home without it! ... show more

    • Thin Strap Useful for spot support
I am very happy I have the Bodyprox Elbow Brace 2 pack. The craftsmanship ad materials are fine. The design could be better in that one must be careful to line the velcro up carefully, so it does not abrade the arm. Also each time the strap is tightened it pinches the arm a bit and the user must pull some material that folds over out to stop the pinching. It is easy to do though and not really a big deal to me. Yesterday I wore it playing tennis for the first time. After reading reviews where the strap slipped, I was a little leery but I did not have that problem at all. Also I have been using an adjustable neoprene sleeve that is about 3 inches wide, so I was worried that the thinner design with a part that bulges might not be for me. However, I am finding I like it. One nice thing is that I placed the strap to support a certain part of my arm, but late in the third set a different area began to hurt. I made a quick adjustment between points and then I was supporting a new area and made it through the set in good form. Another thing I like about the thin strap is that is more specific as to what I am supporting and it makes me really pay attention to the pain and exactly where it is. This morning I notice that there was an area of pain on my upper arm that needs support so I am wearing two now. One on my upper arm above the elbow and one on the lower arm below the elbow. I hope by protecting the sensitive areas, I can heal more quickly. Right now I really like these. And I played a second match yesterday in the evening. For that match I wore my old 3 inch wide neoprene brace because i wanted more overall support and that was still great too!     • Shocked at how well these worked
I developed tennis elbow after moving to a new house and the pain was so bad I couldn’t drive or use my devices. I used one of these for several days and I felt almost immediate relief the first time I put it on, then it got better and better as time went on.     • Fantastic!!
I was so discouraged when working out before I bought this product. The top part of my forearm right below my elbow hurt every single time I made a fist. So gripping dumbbells or any type of weights was pretty unbearable! I can’t believe such a simple product help to take away the pain. There is still some pain but honestly I went from feeling 100% of the pain to maybe feeling about 10% of the pain. I’ll take that any day until it is gone for good! Not sure what anyone else is using this for. But I’m grabbing heavy weights. So if it can work for weight lifting I’m sure it can work for anything. Great product! ... show more

    • Why does this work!
I work on the computer all day for work and developed tennis elbow on my mouse arm. Go ahead. Laugh. Sports injury at a desk job. Any way, with out the brace, picking up anything further than a foot from me would result in agony. With this brace on, there is almost no pain. I thought this was a gimmick, but I was desperate.
