Getting fit not easy but worth it

This machine is just like it says. It stretches and gets you moving. But to be real honest it's awkward to get on, it's not as easy as it looks and it will definitely take a little time to be comfortable using it. The instructions are not totally clear but I was able to figure it out by myself. It's a cool riding exercises if you stick with it.

This machine is very easy to assemble, and adjust, it works multiple areas of the body and surprisingly, I didn't get sore or tired muscles. I love it, I use it multiple times during the day. Easy to store after use!

Easy, simple set up for this grandma. Delivery was 2 days faster than expected. I chose this one for the comfy seat and curved hand grips that work different upper body muscle groups depending on hand placement. It also has 11 different tension settings for lower body and core workout. It's super sturdy and easy to hide away. I'm finding this fun and easy to use while watching tv or between chores, my grandkids are enjoying it too so that's a win, win!
