tastes great!
Flavor Name: Cookies & Cream
Size: 18 Servings (Pack of 1)
This makes for a great meal replacement! If you are active at the gym it is a great protein powder to ensure gains. It tastes fantastic. I add heavy cream and milk to mine. However if you are on a cutting diet and or trying to tone, then replace with water. It is on the sweeter side with added sweetners. I wish they would tone down on that. The 60 grams protein is pushing it. The scoop they provide in the box is huge! And you need 2 heaping scoops to equate to 60 grams protein. I don't even think the body can process that much protein at a time your kidneys will work overtime to flush it from your system. Unless of course you are cycling. Stick with 1 scoop - get a smaller scoop if you can and add to 12 to 16 oz of milk or water and enjoy. I use it with my meal replacement and I have lost 30 pounds in 2 months, which is great. It's higher on the price but the taste is worth it so I would recommend it!

Big scoop! Tastes good, not overly sweet - Strawberry
Flavor Name: Strawberry
Size: 1.8 Pound
So. I’ve been looking for some other brands of protein powder. I was on an isolate protein from GNC for the past two years and started noticing that it wasn’t showing the same results as it once did. Granted I’ve lost 60 lbs in fat in the past two years, however, I’ve hit my plateau… I’ve gained a lot of muscle in the past year and half thanks to my job and working out, which is amazing, however I’m still needing to drop 30 more lbs of stubborn fat, mid section and thighs. That seems to really want to stay lol I’m 40 yrs young , female and things just don’t fall off the way they did in my 20’s lol I also have a c-section belly which sucks - woman that have this will understand! Lol So, I have included another brand in the picture, that I’ve been trying for two weeks now and that definitely giving me the energy to get my morning started, bc coffee alone doesn’t cut it, nor do I like the taste of just coffee, for which I then need to add creamer and most creamers are gross. I also get an upset stomach, so I also have to take in 2 monsters or 2 ghost energy drinks throughout my work days to have the energy to keep up. My job is very physical, I lift, carry, push and pull 6-10k lbs per day, 5 days a week .. and I walk on average 15-20 miles per day. I do workout at home on my days off as well. Unless I’m just that beat up from work, then I rest . Anyways, The other brand is great for energy and the taste isn’t terrible, especially being a coffee flavor, However it has 30g of protein per scoop, I usually take 2 scoops in the morning and 2 mid day. As I have to take in 150g of protein each day to burn the fat that’s hanging out and build what I’m shooting for in my goals. I just got this brand in this morning, the scoop is much bigger than the other and they both are 30g of protein per scoop.. lol Size matters lol I feel like the other brand is not accurate on the scoop size now seeing the difference lol This brand has 2 more grams of sugar and 2 more grams of carbs .. not too worried about those.. The other brand is designed to help you loss weight.. this one is designed to help build muscle, which fat turns into muscle to a degree, some with just burn off. I’m just in awe over the scoop size difference lol The taste isn’t overly sweet, which I wish it was a bit sweeter. It tastes great with whole milk, there’s tiny freeze dried pieces of strawberries in it and you do taste them. If shaken well, you won’t get chunks, that’s the trick with any shaken protein powder, I shake mine for 3 mins and I’ve never had chunks, no matter the brand. I’ve had friends give there’s a light shake for a minute and they have chunks.. also make sure you have a good shaker bottle to help break the powder up. Stirring with a spoon doesn’t cut it , in my opinion. Blending of course - that’s a no brainer . I’ll update my review when I finish the container - As I’m hopeful it’ll help build my muscle mass a bit more. I’m wanting not wanting to look like a body builder by no means, lean muscle with good strength, toned but not too much! Encouragement for the readers: Our bodies are all different and what works for one may not on another, our bodies also form the way they do as they are our own, so how one forms, another may not form the same way. Give your body time to adjust from what it’s been and what it will be. Getting fit takes time, it’s not a quick 30 days and poof your sportin your fit body. In 30 days you’ll start feeling a difference, you’ll feel better , in 60 days, if you’re constant, you’ll start seeing a difference in 90 days you’ll see results and so forth. Consistency is key 🔑 Just how it took time to pack on the lbs , didn’t happen overnight, Find your body, find what works for you and eat what works for you, not what someone tells you what to eat because it worked for them. Same goes for working out, what works for someone else, may not work for you. Try things, for a few weeks and adjust where you feel the need to adjust. Work with a good PT if you need that help to get started, find a trainer that will listen to you and apply the tools you need to get where you want to be and eventually be able to do them on your own. If you come across a trainer that really isn’t listening to your needs or isn’t giving you a good feeling , find another trainer, bc those ones just want your money, they don’t truly care about your needs or wants. Yes they do exist. Good luck in your journey! You can do this ! Everyone can.

Incredible Taste
Flavor Name: Chocolate Peanut Butter
Size: 1.8 Pound
Here's an original review for the product based on your request: --- **Body Fortress Whey Protein (Chocolate Peanut Butter) Review** By far, this is the best-tasting protein powder I’ve ever tried—and trust me, I’ve sampled plenty of them over the years. The **Chocolate Peanut Butter** flavor delivers a rich and smooth taste that doesn’t leave that chalky aftertaste you get with so many other brands. Whether mixed with water or milk, it blends easily and has an authentic peanut butter flavor that perfectly complements the chocolate. On top of the great taste, the **60g of protein** per serving gives me exactly what I need to fuel my workouts and recovery. It’s packed with **12g of BCAAs** to support muscle growth, making it not only delicious but also highly effective. If you’re looking for a whey protein that ticks all the boxes in terms of flavor, mixability, and performance, this one is definitely worth trying!

This stuff is pretty great for the price
Flavor Name: Vanilla
Size: 1.8 Pound
The serving size is misleading because it takes two giant scoops to give you 60g's of protein, so if you only take one scoop, it will last about 18 servings. I think you are only supposed to take in about 30g every couple of hours because I've seen studies that show people taking more than 30g build muscle at basically the same rate as someone taking more because the body can only absorb so much before your body digests it and throws the rest out as waste, much like the vitamins we take. This is even more true for powder as powder is more easily digestible. Another huge plus is that it includes BCAAs, which make a big difference in muscle growth, and is missing from a lot of those "pure Whey" products. Normally you would need to buy a separate supplement to get those Branch Chain Amino Acids, so spending a little more to get two powders in one is a no-brainer. This flavor also tastes great and only has a few grams of sugar per serving.

The best out of all the 20 I tried.
Flavor Name: Chocolate
Size: 1.8 Pound
Taste great, cheaper than most if not all competition and I can feel a difference when using it vs the competing brands. Idk there's something about this one. It blends smoother taste better and performs better, And half the price of the others. It works well when paired with creatine too.
