The printer quality is good, and it prints well on the cards. If you wait long between cards (a day), then budget in printing an extra one or two to clean out the ink. The cards that come with the printer have a good weight, similar to RFID cards. I put too many cards in it at first, and got an error, so I just filled them about halfway, and it works. The software is a bit clunky at first, and (using the bronze software) I was unable to import an excel of all the needed cards. I upgraded to the silver, but found it to be only slightly better, so downgraded again to save the $60 a month. Once I got the hang of it, the software was fine, and I was able to match our orgs card design fairly easily. After printing about 120 cards, it stopped connecting to my computer. I called customer support, and Maricel was great. She remoted into my computer and fixed the issue quickly. I need to update my previous review, everything was working for the first two months, but now the product will not power on, i have made several attempts to get my issues resolved and can not connect with the seller. I had trouble connecting at first to set everything up so that should of been a big red flag! Great product and EXCELLENT customer service! Maricel from Bodno called me, remote logged into my macbook, and spent 1.5 hours with me, making sure everything with the printer hardware and software setup was squared away and covered 100%. Gave me a walkthrough for hardware setup and install and then downloading and using the Bodno software. Ran about 8-9 test prints and answered all my questions. Print quality is very good and the Bodno software is easy to use. I'd definitely recommend!!! A+++!!! ... show more
