My very FIRST upright freezer! I'm 51 years old and finally living the dream! lol Impressions? Solid and sturdy. No issues with the appliance. Freezes as required. Very spacious and roomy for decompressing my 3 cubit foot freezer in the kitchen. (I live in a two-bedroom apartment.) So this has come in handy. I can't recommend this enough to other potentional customers--new to owning their first upright freezer? The space-saving design is also a bonus, so I am super stoked over my new acquisition.

There are only 2 of us in my family and we just wanted more freezer space. This is exactly what we needed and a great value for the money. Will let it sit for 24 hours before plugging it back in to let the liquids in it settle and it's lightweight. Sleek and simple and I can't wait to use it! You can control how cold you want it to be. It's the perfect size for my small apartment. It was easy to install. I just plug it in and turn it to the temperature I want it to be. It's really great quality. Not noisy at all. Sure, you can hear it when the motor starts. But it doesn't make a lot of noise when it's running. It keeps my food much more frozen than my freezer at home

Arrived in great condition at far as looks go, no damage to exterior. After giving 24 hours to sit upright after shipping, we got it set up and plugged in. Even after 6 hours, it did not get cold, much less freezing, at all. Even on highest setting and a container of water in there to test, the water stayed room temp, if not slightly warm. Disappointing to say the least, this was replacing our chest freezer that just died that we'd had since 2016. Update: tried contacting shipper about returning and wand was told they would contact us in r8 hors. They have not. Also realized there are weird stains on outside stickers, like they got some kind of liquid on them at some point. Update 2: apparently though I received a product that doesn't work, the seller isn't going to let me return it for a refund as I haven't heard back from them at all, so I feel I have been robbed blind with a faulty product and I will implore people not to buy this product from a shady company that misleads you on the size of the freezer in the description, as it's not 7 cu ft, but 5. Do not waste your money on this. Very poor customer service from this seller. I also learned you cannot leave both a seller review and a product review. And Amazon hasn't been helpful as they only direct me to the seller as far as return. I have a dirty taste in my mouth.

I love it. It fits perfect were I had planned to put it. Small enough that it doesn’t take too much space but with plenty of space inside. It is much bigger inside than I anticipated and I am happy about that. After letting it sit for 24 hours, it didn't take long to plug it in and it started getting cold enough that I could put things in it. It's perfect for a small apartment kitchen.
