This only got two stars because this shirt is HR (heat Resistant) not FR. If you get checked by safety you will get in trouble. The fit was great and they are super comfortable, which is the only reason I did not return it. Do not mislead customers into thinking these are FR's, as they are not.

Love the fit. Very well made, not to thick, not to thin, perfect really. Doesn't shrink, perfect length, hasn't faded, it's just like my Carhartt Force Henley's, but way less money.

    • Very breathable FR shirt!
A lot of FR clothing is stiff and doesn't breathe, making overheating a potential safety issue. This fabric meets all FR specs, but is also soft and breathes well. It fits as expected and is quite comfortable. This is also a terrific price for compliant FR clothing.

Nice material. Can't swear to the resistance as I haven't f'ed up near a gas line yet. But man, these shirts are loooong in the torso, so plan on tucking it in, or wear it as a nightgown like any teenager in a horror movie would.

My husband is required to wear Flame Resistant clothing for work. He is able to find FRC shirts in our area, but they are around $50 a piece. Some of his shirts have become worn out and he was needing a few new work shirts. He was going to purchase some from a local store when I said I would look on Amazon first. I found these, ordered 2, and he is very pleased with these shirts. They fit great and look nice on him too. My husband is working in a coal power plant which requires fire protection. This shirt is vey comfortable and seems durable. He appreciates being able to add a safety layer to his work clothes.
