We purchased this set awhile ago. After shipping delays, which were communicated & agreed to, we received & began assembly. It was truly a puzzle as there were diagrams but no actual instructions or videos we could refer to. We ended up taking several layers apart as the fit is very particular for the finished product to perform. While assembling we identified one of the pieces had been repaired, not by us, but didn't affect function so we decided we could live with that blemish. At the end we were 10 screws short and the seller did replace them (with a substantial delay due to Chinese New Year). We have finally finished! We purchased a separate 10" mattress which fits perfectly & doesn't interfere with closing even with mattress cover & sheets. The depth of the shelves (15") makes them very functional for all sorts of storage. We chose to build the entire unit into our wall (photos) & can't wait for our first guest! We are using the attached cabinetry to extend the use of the room & couldn't be happier! Good quality for the money. Be sure you have the patience to put it together or you will be unhappy. It took 1 person four 6 hour days to construct. Several hours to deconstruct & reconstruct multiple times. Some diagrams could have been clearer.

Cabinet looks great and works well. I was able to put it together by myself (69 year old female!) my husband has dementia so not able to help! Most of the directions were ok, not great, just ok, you need to pay attention and look at the pictures. Quality seems good. What I didn't like was the doors on the side cabinets do not line up correctly, and the adjustments on the hinges is not enough to make them even and not scrape together. The bed came with gold handles, the cabinets came with black. Not sure why? There is about 1 1/2" difference between the height of the bed cabinet and the side cabinets. I plan to put a piece of flat trim up there. I added clear floral cling to the windows. customer service deserves 6 stars!! I was missing one package of 42 bolts. I purchased them from my local hardware store, they reimbursed me within 24 hours of contacting CS! I recommend this product!!

I was worried about putting this together. 4 large heavy boxes showed up via FedEx. I was curious if I would open the correct box first and I did. There are 2 smaller boxes, those are the 2 side pieces, those I did last. The instructions are really easy to understand, it definitely helps to have 2 people put it together, you will definitely need 2 people for a couple portions of the build. It really does look great. We only have plans to use ours once in a great while, so the unit itself is a very nice piece of furniture.

This is a great Murphy bed for the price. Overall the instructions were better than most furniture we have put together. The bed is very durable and I have no doubt it will support the 800 pounds it claims to support. Really happy with my purchase overall. I only gave 4 stars because we did have some issues with the alignment of the decorative front panels. Not sure what went wrong, but at the end of the day the bed is still functional.

This is a beautiful murphey bed. It takes a while to put together and we highly suggest having two people (it is much easier that way). We had a few pieces arrive broken and missing, but the seller was excellent in helping us get the pieces that we needed to complete the project. We are very happy with the end product and can't wait to get guest feedback on it.

I’m so happy with this purchase!! In my opinion, it was easy to put together. The instructions were easy to follow. A few pieces, namely the cabinet doors, arrived damaged likely due to trauma during shipping. I reached out to the seller and they quickly remedied by sending out a replacement of the damaged pieces. It looks amazing, elevates my space, and allows us to utilize the space for multiple uses.
