I really enjoyed the comfort and ease of use of this massage gun right out of the box. The design makes it simple to reach my back without straining, which is a huge plus. The heated tip felt especially good on my back and added a noticeable level of relief compared to standard massage guns. The vibration is smooth and powerful without being harsh or uncomfortable. I was impressed with how long the battery lasted, as I was able to use it multiple times without needing to recharge. The build quality feels solid and well-made. I have been using the original Bob & Brad massage gun for several years. Their customer service is outstanding, so a few days ago I saw they released a new model (the L7) and I decided to update to it. I couldn’t be happier! This new model is significantly better. It’s much lighter yet has the same power and battery time. The new extension arm makes it so easy to reach my back independently - it’s genius!!! Last week I took the massage gun to our ski trip in CO and everyone in the group was taking turns to using it. The new red light and heat options really make a difference! We were able to ski for 5 consecutive days with no muscle soreness. I don’t know what we would have done without it! My friends now all want to get one. Using the Bob & Brad massage gun is now part of my regular health routine. I use it after my daily workouts, ski trips, hiking adventures, and it helps get rid of muscle tightness or soreness to be ready for the next adventure! Highly recommend it!

The media could not be loaded. This is my third Bob and Brad massage gun. I had been looking for a massage gun that offered both heat and an extension handle. As I knew the brand and thought the quality was excellent, I chose this one. It has 5 speeds and two heat settings. There are also several other heads that are interchangeable. The extension handle makes it much easier to reach the middle of back that was previously difficult to reach without a lot of maneuvering. The massager really helped to ease the pain in my shoulders, hips, and back. You do have to make sure the handle is locked into the massager, but that’s not hard to do. Otherwise, it will slip out. The heat component adds another layer of relief. It’s easy to charge with an included USB cable. The battery lasts awhile on one charge. I have not had to recharge the massager yet. It also comes in a zippered case with places for all the massager heads and a mesh pocket to hold the charger and booklet.

Love this product. I was a little worried that it would be big and bulky but the removable handle is great. The carrying case is a perfect size. My favorite is the heat head. I don't know a ton about red light yet but the heat is amazing. It is also great for getting your back yourself. The long handle and flexible head make it so you aren't playing twister while trying to get your back.

Easier to use for hard to reach places like your own back or low on the legs. Nice warmth and an automatic timer that shuts off iso you do not overdo it.
