I bought the Bob and Brad 2-in-1 Massage Gun with Heat and Red Light L7 Ultra Massage Gun specifically for my chronic back and leg pain and frequent muscle spasms, and it has exceeded my expectations. The extension handle and adjustable massage head angles are a game changer-it allows me to easily reach my mid and upper back without straining or needing help, which is something most massage guns simply don't offer. The combination of percussion, heat, and red light therapy provides deep, soothing relief. The heat helps loosen tight muscles before the massage even starts, and the massage itself penetrates deep enough to calm spasms without being overly aggressive. The red light therapy seems to calm the inflamed muscles and increase blood circulation in the painful areas. After using the gun for a week I noticed a significant reduction in stiffness and pain, especially in my lower back and shoulder blade areas. The gun is well built, easy to use (with clear instructions) and surprisingly quiet for how powerful it is. This is my third Bob and Brad massage gun. I had been looking for a massage gun that offered both heat and an extension handle. As I knew the brand and thought the quality was excellent, I chose this one. It has 5 speeds and two heat settings. There are also several other heads that are interchangeable. The extension handle makes it much easier to reach the middle of back that was previously difficult to reach without a lot of maneuvering. The massager really helped to ease the pain in my shoulders, hips, and back. You do have to make sure the handle is locked into the massager, but that’s not hard to do. Otherwise, it will slip out. The heat component adds another layer of relief. It’s easy to charge with an included USB cable. The battery lasts awhile on one charge. I have not had to recharge the massager yet. It also comes in a zippered case with places for all the massager heads and a mesh pocket to hold the charger and booklet. ... show more

I am stunned. I wasn't expecting something so well designed, including the carry case and storage. This is quality on every level. Takes a minute to get used to the power button (holding it down for a few seconds) and recharging the device and the attachment that heats. I really like that the end angle is adjustable. Makes it easy to use on a calf muscle as well as back. Why did I wait so long???? I like that there are different speeds -- what is interesting to me is that the faster the speed, the softer it feels in a way. Hard to explain. Anyway, I absolutely recommend this. I'm going to tell a few friends about it, too. My only suggestion would be that they include 2 power cords so that you can recharge the device and attachment at the same time. I have been using the original Bob & Brad massage gun for several years. Their customer service is outstanding, so a few days ago I saw they released a new model (the L7) and I decided to update to it. I couldn’t be happier! This new model is significantly better. It’s much lighter yet has the same power and battery time. The new extension arm makes it so easy to reach my back independently - it’s genius!!! Last week I took the massage gun to our ski trip in CO and everyone in the group was taking turns to using it. The new red light and heat options really make a difference! We were able to ski for 5 consecutive days with no muscle soreness. I don’t know what we would have done without it! My friends now all want to get one. Using the Bob & Brad massage gun is now part of my regular health routine. I use it after my daily workouts, ski trips, hiking adventures, and it helps get rid of muscle tightness or soreness to be ready for the next adventure! Highly recommend it! ... show more

Positive. I’ve never run the battery down. It has a lot of different speeds and massage types. BUT, The massager is very heavy and unbalanced. Makes it difficult to use. The attachments for massaging have flash, which is sharp edges from the injection molding process. The manufacturer didn’t bother to deburr them. They feel like you are scraping your skin rather than gliding over it. There are 5 massaging attachments, and the instructions don’t include any information on when to use which attachment. If you go to the Bob and Brad web site for more information, this product is not listed. I assume they just pay a Chinese manufacturer to put their label on it. As I write this, I’m not sure why I didn’t return it. ... show more
